The Spoons are riding at Brum Wednesday as well. (Conflict of interest).

Struggling to see when it could be re-arranged for now, tonight's Glasgow v Somerset postponement is now scheduled for Tuesday

Cradley might be forced to cancel, in the best interests of the sport!

CVS normally makes an early decision when the weather looks dodgy to save away supporters a needless journey.  Well looking at the forecast now,it's actually got worse.Heavy rain from 3 o,clock onwards. With Tuesday and Wednesday looking unlikely ,could be Swindon now stages first leg.

Both Play Off matches so might be interesting to see if they allowed both to carry on if it came to it!

It’s the same every year tho isn’t? Weather in September/October has often seen matches cancelled and run completely at short notice with little chance to advertise.

Poland and Sweden have it right by finishing their seasons before end of September.

I couldn't agree more with this point, every year the same people come on here bemoaning a lack of fixtures and continuity issues and the simple answer is to condense the season, start the 1st of April  and get league fixtures done by the 31st of August, Play Offs, Cup Finals and any extras to be all done in September, this alleviates the fixture situation and saves the oldies avoiding the cold months of March and October,  it's a summer sport after all.

Surprised you’re commented on this as you stated in another thread who cares who wins the final.:icon_smile_clown:

Glad this has been arranged as I'm golfing (or sailing!) at Celtic Manor for a couple of days tomorrow and Tuesday and was wondering whether they would bother putting the speedway on when there is a big footy match on.

Cheers mate. Weather is absolutely gash but it's 2 days off work and the beer is cold on Monday night so it's not all bad!

Are you a gooner Shov?

Yep. And STFC. And I am a big fan of Eddie Howe and enjoy AFCB surviving in the premier league.
