Gasser90 229 Posted February 14, 2020 Tungate at 1 Harris at 3 hans at 5. Then Nicholls at 7 and a Young hotshot from Scandinavia to fill the gap. ?
Flappy 1,605 Posted February 14, 2020 They've already said BWD is at reserve
Bagpuss 10,781 Posted February 14, 2020 It’s also been suggested that the signing of a number one would follow Tungate?
Baldyman 6,243 Posted February 14, 2020 A new top swede would come in on a 7? So could be number
Warren2 65 Posted February 14, 2020 Nicholls on a 5.5 average would actually leave 6.85, so if you found someone close to that average they would ride at 1. Tungate is 6.59 so would be in at 5, with MPT at 3. 6.85 Hans MPT Harris Tungate Nicholls BWD
Warren2 65 Posted February 14, 2020 Or is it a 4 pointer and Crump on an assessed average ;-)
Baldyman 6,243 Posted February 14, 2020 They could put Tungate at 2, 3,4 or 5 if not at

Octoberon 7 Posted February 14, 2020 Tungate riding at No.1 would be a no-no for me. If I remember correctly he hardly won the first race at home last year and it wasn't until the latter stages of each meeting that he eventually got "dialled in". Still, in the absence of anyone else what do we do. We desparately need a proper No.1 who can go out and win that first race for us and is there or thereabouts in Heats 13 & 15.... Not a No
Gasser90 229 Posted February 14, 2020 I have a feeling tungate will start as number 1, can’t see a top rider signing, iversen would have signed by now. With 4 weeks to go I think the last 2 riders might be a bit of a panic buy as the saying goes. As much as I’d love to see crump back on a bike in the UK I just don’t know where or how the rumour came from
