Ellis average is based on PL x 1.5 as he was not in a declared CL 1-7 at start of season so would not have fitted at Kent without major re-build.

He also rides for Swedish Team on a Tuesday night so Kent would have been last place he'd go to probably.

As Ellis hasn't got a new Prem ave for Sheffield yet (is still on his 2019 ave) I'd have thought he'd be signing on his 7.80 Champ ave from 2019?

Adam has a PL average of 6.49 established on 1st June (GSA Issue3)so should join Scunthorpe on 6.49*1.5

They certainly try to baffle with rules regarding rising stars. Will Leon have to move into top5 if averages dictate he is above any of them.Othets think rising star stays at reserve if you have 1 but we have 2.

Flint will move to the appropriate place in the team based on his average - a rising star is not protected to a reserve berth.. While Bickley may be on the Rising Star list he is not a declared Rising Star.

Remember seeing Kasper riding at Berwick when he was riding for Sheffield I think, thought he was impressive then so hopefully good for some points.

Rode for both Sheffield and Redcar at Berwick in 2019.

Sheffield 5 rides 2 points , two 3rd places and three last places.

Redcar 4 rides 5 points, one win, one 2nd place and two last places..

Both riding in the main body of the team and riding the number 2 position in both meetings.

Not protecting the averages of the rising star riders is just plain barmy.

Nonetheless, Leon's rolling average will keep him at reserve for another month, at least.

The averages which kick in on August 1st may see him elevated.

To me that looks like his 2019 Prem ave with his 2.5% reduction removed, he didn't ride till May 27th too late for the June cut-offs!

It should be far simpler to understand what's going on than this!

I disagree, if a rising star is good enough to score double figures in every match, is it not good for their development to move up into the team & face tougher opposition?

I would have thought if he was scoring double figures every week, then it would be the natural progression to move up into the main body to meet tougher opponents?

Can we get Jordan Jenkins to replace Leon on Saturday?

If that's the case good luck Leon, well done Glasgow.

Never count your chickens. As a Glasgow fan we have had a lot of close results  at Shielfield . If you are a true supporter you come along and support your team.

If he is scoring double figures in meetings & getting extra rides from reserve then he is already facing tougher opposition.

I was going to say, Leon’s beat Chris Harris at Berwick and Redcar this season, as well as many other heat leaders h&a, but I do think ur rising star should be protected at reserve, as they are in Poland. Jakub Miskowiak is averaging nearly 8 in the Ekstraliga, yet will be at reserve all season, learning his way and getting the confidence needed to make the jump up when he turns 21
