So Andrews returns? Can't have been ill or with holding his services on the Northern tour or he would be missing this fixture....perhaps he got lost?

He was treated as a non arrival with no replacement in his first three rides and a reserve replacement for the fourth ride.  SCB left to deal with.

All very murky. The same as a rider with an illegal silencer being allowed to use it for the Northern fixtures, its either legal or its not, end of.

‘Pre-arranged family gathering’ even though both fixtures have been in the fixture list all season.

But do you think whoever in his family was getting married were concerned if their wedding clashed with Plymouth fixtures?

No but perhaps Plymouth should/could have arranged some level of cover even if it was an unattached 3 pointer

Absolutely this. You could easily argue that if a wedding takes precedence then whether the NL claims to be professional or not, there’s no justification to charge fans to attend! But regardless, Plymouth could have arranged a 3.00 rider so at least there were 4 riders races at a bare minimum.

Christ that's some tractor grading break after heat 10 seems to have went on for 20 minutes.

4 riders in a race and experience for an unattached rider. Letting 3 rides go for nothing is poor form as is allowing the host promotion to advertise a line up knowing full well a rider wouldn't be attending.
