The 3 winning teams are put in an order- which is determined by the above rule(2) and the losing teams are also put in order using the same method. the semi`s are then contested by( using the new list) 1 v Best loser(4) 2 v 3 Winners contest the final and losers(Extraleague) 3rd/4th play-off. Will not mention it again Two top leagues in the world have it- Poland and Sweden. The Swedes are OK with top 2 not involved until Semi stage, Poland not.
