Can’t say I’m surprised millar never travelled. Not the first time this season he’s not bothered. Him and his brother like to kid on their speedway riders.

it’s hard when your this far north unless you can afford to chuck about £400 for that away meeting on fuel tyres oil food  2 days off work we have done it a few times over the years along with IOW trips   mind you with team manager Alan not going there’s no way the boys would have went

But you knew the score when you signed on for a NDL side. Plenty of riders did long away days the other way round and ran at big losses for the trips however they did them because signing for a NDL side means you sign up for all the meetings not just the home ones and away tracks you like.

Can’t afford it don’t do it imo. You know what you’ve signed up for. As said in another post can’t just pick and choose when you feel like riding or travelling to. If serious about it you’d want as much track time and riding different tracks as possible to improve.

Do we know why 3 Armadale riders were missing? I notice they were allowed r/r & unattached guests but Belle Vue weren't!

Should Belle Vue have been allowed an unattached 3.00 rider for Ablitt? Not that it would have made much difference!

Does anyone know what portion of the £11.99 would go to the promotion?

Hi Ghosty, all of the Gladiators TV streams are produced in house, not by an outside company.  So the club is in complete control of all aspects of the Gladiators TV streams, including finances.

I think they would have, had they been able to find one!    Ablitt's reluctance to travel was known the previous evening.
