Probably not- you need to keep a eye on this thread as it will be posted here before ever it gets on  the Speedway GP website.

Sportowefakty are reporting( confirmation from the FIM awaited) that the rules for the 2023 SWC have changed- now

No compulsory U 21 rider at reserve- reserve can be any age.

No Jokers

Tac Subs when 6 behind only up to heat 16

Heats 17-20 are nominated( 17 lowest scorers, 18 2nd lowest etc, etc.

Not that I disagree with the above, but I find it amusing that the "SWC" has been around for years (under that name), yet every year it's a totally different format!

Last line isn`t correct- the team managers can nominate any riders for any of the last 4 heats( 1 ride each although reserve could take more up to maximum rides allowed) Team in 4th will nominate 1st, 3rd 2nd and so on.

Got to be soon i would imagine- a lot of people waiting for news. I do know that even Wroclaw season ticket holders have not heard anything yet about being able to purchase.

Season ticket holders have until March 31st to make payment on their season tickets so hopefully once that process is done they'll be able offer the world cup tickets to season ticket holders then onto those of us waiting for the scraps. Or at least let us know a date.

Wrocław have now extended this period for season ticket holders to buy season tickets until 15.04..

Are you sure they offer them to season ticket holders first?

in the terms and conditions it states that by opening an account you are eligible to buy tickets for mass events

Doesn`t need to - showing a bit of loyalty to people forking out for season tickets is no bad thing. Tickets will be available- it will just be a mad rush for the final !

Another case of the sport not helping itself.

An international event where tickets won't potentially be available just 12/13 weeks out from the event.

All so the local club can give first dibs to season ticket holders.

Wouldn't happen in any credible international tournament in other sports.

2023 FIM MONSTER ENERGY SWC RULES: KEY POINTS

• Nine nations compete in the 2023 Monster Energy FIM Speedway World Cup.
  
• Hosts Poland are seeded into the Final, with Australia, Great Britain, Sweden, Denmark, Czech Republic, Finland, France and Germany contesting the Semi-Finals after qualifying at the 2022 FIM Speedway of Nations.
  
• Each Monster Energy FIM SWC event features four countries, each with a team composed of five riders – four starters and a reserve at No.5.
  
• Each rider can take a maximum of six rides – five regular rides plus one tactical substitute ride.
  
• No.5 riders can replace any of their teammates in a heat at any time, taking a maximum of six rides – five regular rides plus one tactical substitute ride when permitted.
  
• Tactical substitutions are allowed when a team is six or more points behind the leading nation. Each rider can only take ONE tactical substitute ride.
  
• Every Monster Energy FIM SWC event is contested over 20 heats with three points for a heat win, two for second, one for third and zero for last place, being disqualified or failing to finish. The country with the most points at the end of the night wins the event.
  
• The line-ups for heats 17-20 are nominated by the team managers, with the team manager of the fourth-placed country selecting first and the manager of the leading nation nominating last.
  
• The winners of Semi-Finals 1 and 2 join hosts Poland in the Monster Energy FIM Speedway World Cup Final.
  
• The second and third-placed teams in Semi-Final 1 and 2 advance to the Race Off, where the winner also earns a place in the Final.
  
• The winner of the Monster Energy FIM SWC Final will be crowned world team champion for 2023.
