I agree R/R will be the best option in the current circumstance, but we shouldn't have got in to this position in the first place!

We could have signed another rider Kemp/Thompson (D) and given Wright more time to heal ?

Just have to wait and see, but as Heathen 52 points out, if we get another drubbing, then it's going to hit attendance levels.

What is the attendance  like at Brum these days ???

Difficult to gauge atm, because the meetings that we've had, its been freezing, so a fair few have watched from indoors and its hard to see how many?

But, what I have seen, is that there's been hardly anyone outside (200/300?) and only a handful of away supporters.

Schlein?

He's hit and miss at PB...waste of space if he doesn't gate!

Has to be Harris all day long for me....may be 'Basso'?

Why?  Not sure what you mean by R/R is not available ?

Is that because Wright hasn't taken part in any meetings?

Reading the regulations:

1) rider replacement is "a facility"

2) where "no facility" is allowed a guest up to 75% is available.

In this situation it can not simultaneously be both a facility and no facility.

Thank you...but my question was...why couldn't we operate R/R for Wright? and the reason is: he hasn't ridden for us yet.

Yes. If he had ridden then as long as he presented a valid sick note you could use a facility all season as Plymouth did with Kennett.

One question...if James is 100% fit to ride on Wednesday, then I just wondered why he isn't fit to ride tonight? especially after his performance there a month ago?

As has been pointed out he only has to make 1 start to get another 28 day facility.

Look forward to seeing more of Zach Cook if possible, shame we ride on the same night!

An "unexpected" guest for James Wright again on the team sheet for the match at Plymouth tomorrow, makes that an interesting question.

If Zach wasn't riding in Polish U24s on a Tues (I am assuming he still does this - haven't checked it for this season) might have had him for tonight. Although we were at Plymouth last week so not sure if that stops any Poole rider from guesting.

Good post match message from Nigel Tolley on Birmingham's website.

Not burying his head.

Great to hear more shale going down on the track, should give a bit more to the riders if/when they miss the gate.

Getting Rogers some help/guidance would be a logical start from a 'business' perspective.

Not sure how much we have to play with...?

But Dan Thompson would seem to be a great acquisition in place of Nielsen if that's possible? (before somebody else nabs him.....I'm aware of the current average difference)

I think James Wright should be a lot stronger by the time our next home meeting comes round.....(fingers crossed...)
