2 point loss, and robbed by a referee re running a race when the leaders are on lap 3.

Birmingham were not as bad as predicted.  Too many passengers yes.

What are you on about? The race was stopped on a 4-2 (although Charles was very close to passing Sedgmen, hence why it wasn’t awarded) and the re-run was a 4-2 to Brum?

Birmingham did well but were greatly improved by having Lawson at 1 instead of Morris (16 for Lawson, Morris scored 2 here last time). Sedgmen had a typical meeting at Redcar and I thought Starke did well (as he should at Reserve).

Solid enough from the Bears top 5 but the reserves were heavily outscored. Need to improve for the play offs.

Some decent, fast racing on a well prepared track.

With Wright just about to make a pass. The race wasn't done hence the re-run.

Seemed a fair enough decision to re-run that race, to me. Wright might well have overtaken Sedgy on the last lap, so I have no complaint about that!

I watched the meeting on the stream and was most impressed with the commentary and with the presentation. A good meeting raced on a very well prepared track, and a close scoreline from start to finish - what more could a speedway enthusiast ask?
