It would explain why they've got Riss in quickly on a lower average without using it to replace Kerr. Not really, there would be no reason not to be honest. Oxford would just say Klindt isn't happy / wants a change & they feel Riss is a good replacement. By dropping Riss, Oxford are the "bad guys" not giving riders enough time / not supporting them when they are struggling etc. Don't see any advantage to Oxford announcing they dropped Klindt if he wanted out.
