AceBelle 51 Posted March 6 Genuine injury he is not riding anywhere including his polish club zelina Gora why the speculation
Marky_Mark 55 Posted March 6 It might be the case that a GP rider might be more tempted with a temporary stint for early season practice until Pawlicki is fit?
StephenMiller 76 Posted March 6 Highly doubt we could afford a GP rider, even if one could be tempted to come to Perry Barr !
GiveusaB 1,156 Posted March 6 Probably be Rory Schlein.... May be Robert Lambert will help B'ham out ?

Maybe not for the whole season but for a month it could work? Could get the Brummies off to a good start and get the crowds in too?

No but stinks of either not been true or the rider not fancying it now .... Or always been the plan and attempt a Eddie Kennett type manoeuvre .

What would he want a meeting 3k ? 150 @£20 from Wolves would cover that .. But how many would be persuaded that's the question ...
StephenMiller 76 Posted March 6 (edited) Lindgren already turned us down, so can't see it happening This was already a bargain basement team, so just likely means bigger hammerings for us Edited March 6 by StephenMiller
GiveusaB 1,156 Posted March 6 Tolley is being badly advised!!! It is what it is....gives us something to discuss/laugh at. Rogers is a clown and B'ham should rename themselves as 'Billy Smarts Brummies'!
eric i 621 Posted March 6 He is back at the end of march, maybe sign rob lambet on a short term.
NickH114 17 Posted March 6 As Lindgren is in the uk doing a few early season meetings a short term cover arrangement may be of interest to him.

Oxford tried that with T’Rick and that didn’t turn out very well either way
TTT 1,268 Posted March 6 If Zielona Gora think it's to their detriment that Pawlicki rides in the UK then they won't even hesitate to pull his starting permission for British racing, That's the problem. Zielona Gora have only just been promoted after 2 seasons outside of the Ekstraliga so they won't be lenient if push comes to shove.
NickH114 17 Posted March 6 It’s interesting that 2024 Grand Prix rider Andzejs Lebedevs has said that he was interested in riding in the uk this season but not a single British club contacted him.
