if that does end up as being the oxford team i think they could be favs.  a top 2 to match any in the league. the strongest engine room and also best reserves.  

would be in for so me really good matches :-)

You can’t have kemp and flint for Leicester with that top end and neither qualify for rising star I think now regarding the average I think.

Probably not but Ipswich need riders to improve next year & King could quite easily slide back a little. If I was putting the team together that’s the 7 I’d have. We’ll see how close I get.

unless the rules have changed, both Flint & Kemp still qualify as "rising stars"

For me it would be daft of Oxford to let Jenkins be a rising star elsewhere & use Boughen themselves.

Deserves a spot absolutely but looks like 2 or 3 could miss out on a spot due to averages, expect cook to be somewhere

The larger/faster track clubs may fear for his capability as he struggled horrifically in 2023 with his now 5.10 average. It's a risk.
