Skidder1 7,657 Posted April 25 (edited) Questions: Will Plymouth have a guest at 1 or go with r/r? (Assuming Covatti not yet fit) Will Poole have a guest at 3 or go with r/r? (Tom Brennan missing on Euro duty) Thoughts on the above and likely score...........? Edited Thursday at 10:47 AM by Skidder1
lisa-colette 6,046 Posted April 25 I see on FB Rob Dyer thinks we should go with a guest after last night. I agree to an extent. The only problem being, not many options on Tom's average. Batch (who doesn't normally except guest bookings in last few years and Worky down soon!) or Leon Flint (who would have a lot of travelling to do if he excepted). Or you could look at Scunny riders such as Lambert or Allen. As for score, without Tom - who is some good form atm, is a very big banana skin imo. Especially with Dan Thompson on some really good form as well.
szkocjasid 3,091 Posted April 25 (edited) For Plymouth I'd look to use Schlein or Howarth for Covatti. For Poole, the same two for Brennan. Normally I'd say Poole are strong enough to run with r/r, but as Plymouth are built with strength in depth, this may be the one time you done want Thomsen, Hagon & Perry to take 14 rides between them. Skidder1 7,657 Posted April 26 (edited) With upto 7.79 to play with, the new May averages suggest Schlein, Sedgman, Howarth, Batchelor as the best 7+ point options? Edited April 26 by Skidder1
Biffa 84 Posted April 26 Believe it or not but Danny King will be very close to 7.79 on 1st May. Not sure what the figure is but has dropped for Redcar
Biffa 84 Posted April 26 I think Danny is 7.87 from 1st of May.

Jonnybegood 258 Posted April 26 To give you a chance I think Poole will need the likes of Batchelor to try to stay in front . Best of luck
