So the key there is that the most recently established MA will be used, and if established in the same season, the relevant MA will apply.  However, Nicholls has an Established MA in the Prem from 2024 which, under the current wording of the Regs, would apply in 2026.

I’d add lemon to the list.  They couldn’t organise a village fete successfully. Absolute shambles.  instead of aspiring to the professional levels of Poole Glasgow Ipswich Leicester and Redcar we dumb down to the likes of Godfrey and Chapman who just threaten to pack up if they don’t get their own way.
