How you can say Hagon was the best rider on the night. Yes he won the meeting, under a winner takes all system. Both Thompson and Cairns beat him in the heats. He lost to Harrison in the Semi. All three rider in the final outscored him in the actual meeting. Thompson only dropped on point with Cairns dropping just two. Hagon scrapped into the semi as the lowest qualifier! having to win his last ride to do so. The original line up for heat 19 had Dan Thompson in it. Hagon was quite fortunate on the front. For needing to beat Thompson to squeeze into the semi would have been a tall order. So congratulations to Hagon for taking his chances, but best rider on the night! No not in my opinion. Would you have said said Kubera was a better on the night than Lebedevs, Lambert and Lingren? in last weeks GP. I would suggest no. The system played into his hands. Should he have deserved a chance of getting in the main GP final on six pts? I would say no, but just like it was for Hagon it was the rules. Stupid but still the rules. Could you have imagined the uproar if he went on to win the final and was awarded 20 pts after only amassing six in the actual meeting.

Stars should win, can’t see this Birmingham side winning all season, I hope I’m wrong!

Perhaps not a surprise at the result. In their positions both Doyle and Dan are irreplaceable. Results are going to be iffy for a while for the Witches until both the injured boys are back. They will be in the play offs and so long as that injury curse stays away there isn’t a team that will match them. No surprise to see certain fans rubbing their hands with glee at the Witches losing at home. It’s the only hope they have of their team winning anything this year.

Firstly, I was not referring to any of your posts, it’s was the one which was claiming it will never happen. I have never said a return is imminent, just that maybe closer than we have been what with everything but a long way from imminent I’m not party to anything specific but I know things are going as well as they can at this stage, as has been detailed in press releases from the group and interviews which are in the public domain not least on the NBNF podcast with Jeff Davies. I know first hand what it is like to lose a club, I’m a Bradford fan so you don’t need to tell me about super domes and roofs. Even more frustrating is they have a shale track down and still no speedway but that’s another story. So whilst not getting anyone’s hopes up but the to say it will never happen is equally wide of the mark. Let’s see, this is not just a petition, people are working to try and make this happen and they deserve our support. Many have supported it, we’ve spoken about it on BSN to help drive the campaign for public backing, and the support has been excellent. We all hope it has a good outcome, anybody can say it won’t. One of us will be right 😂🤷🏼♂️ -
👍sounds like more than one team change then.
