I know dear old JL used to hate having sky in town as he used to complain that the crowd drop and lack of takings exceeded the payment for the meeting coverage! No idea if its still the same. I personally quite like the highlights they do from the other meeting and have often thought that a match of the day style show would be better particulary if its broadcast a day or so later! Given the fact no one on here seems to truly like the tv meetings maybe thats the way to go. I did watch a meeting on the BSN last week Leicester when they thumped BV and I did feel the production was better etc but again the crowd did look lower to me than it sometimes is from Leicester. -

Different play off system in Poland this season. Extra meetings for all teams, up to 20 for some. No one is going to be signing in the UK when their team could get relegated etc -
When Sheffield presumably asked the season had just started, so no surprise they didn’t get any takers. You can understand why no one wants to touch Oxford and Birmingham, with both having no Prem team next season. I think now might be the right time where you can twist someone’s arm. We’re over halfway through the GP calendar, people will have capacity in their diaries for the UK - if someone chucks enough at it.

ashton was/is better than kyle but you are correct kyle had best of gear so didnt need to learn to race he was always out front so when stepping up was different ball game ashton was competative when he first stepped up but dropped back -

That was my thinking too, the Lynn top 5 were all solid, so I could see Kvech getting 5 rides, but not necessarily 7. If he was flying on the day maybe he'd get more. Lynn would've had a better chance of winning with Kvech, but I wouldn't say it was a guarantee. -
Think Play-Off Bob will return to Britain full time next season now that he's best chance of being World Champion has passed. Fell off a cliff in the GP's this year due to riding too many carpet rugs that don't require throttle control. Hardly a coincidence that riders who are high up in the GP standings behind Zmarzlik all ride in Britain or in Lindgren's case has years of experience on rougher / tougher British tracks.
