Such a sad way to end Brums existence. My reason for attending these past 3 years has been to see some good racing even though we have been on the wrong end of a few tonkings. But last seasons poor team building and this seasons closure announcement combined with another poor team has made it very difficult to endure. The team were obviously too weak from the off and has been gradually downgraded throughout the season. OK Tolley has lost a lot of money throughout this venture but surely the only way he was going to increase the audience was to put together a side which could at lease compete at home. I have always loved this sport but after this I'm not sure whether I'll be attending any meetings at all next season, I'll probably change my mind as the season approaches but this episode has really skewed the way I see the sport in this country. I only hope that Coventry make it back to the tapes because I cant see myself making many trips to Leicester or Oxford to get my fix.
