He’s a temporary number seven, for Christ’s sake.😂 You wouldn’t even make a judgement call on a number one after four meetings, never mind a reserve… let alone a number seven… and a temporary one at that.😂 The absolute irony and hypocrisy of Neil Middleditch saying in this week’s Speedway Star that riders need encouragement, not criticism - or words to that effect - is incredible. Matt Marson’s a young man who deserves more than being dumped after four meetings at the expense of someone who will be replaced in 48 days.

Or..... given your temporary number seven 4 meetings to show what they can do at this level, make a judgement and take appropriate action as required.  Maybe you are just judging this by your threshold for panic, relax!
