That’s different. I know of a Bournemouth footballer who was going to come out with me for a paragliding tandem ride. The club stopped him saying the sport was far too dangerous and that was that. for Poland to stop a young rider developing in two leagues in his own country is never going to hold any water. The usual posturing from Poland but they know it can’t be enforced and a simple challenge in court would see them back down. To “ban” a rider because they don’t want them to ride in two leagues in a foreign country would be against EU laws and would fall over quickly.
