Not sure those who have put the sport currently where it sits, are in anyway capable of sorting it out to be honest.  The issues, and their obvious solutions, have been staring them in the face for two decades at least, and they have steadfastly ignored them... What will suddenly make them capable now of having a clear vision for the growth of the sport?
