Bewley having a poor start to the season.

It was interesting that Drew wasn’t bothered about track conditions,he was just saying with his Motocross experience he was able to ride it with throttle control.Too many riders nowadays are just “ throttle jockeys” these days and not got a lot of bike control when track conditions vary.IMO.

Agree BSN is superb for such a small outfit.Their knowledge of the sport really helps and it shows.

Nope,but when you see there coverage of Moto GP,BSB and World Superbike you wonder why they bother with Speedway. Is there anybody else to step in when they pull the plug.? They certainly have made some strange decisions regarding GP’s.

Really!.Riders just want to ride on a Motorway slick track these days. Berwick has always been a fast track and difficult to pass.It not a slick this season as it has been in previous years.May be it will create bit of home track advantage. ps Never saw the class riders lurching all over the place that you did.

Don’t get Alex Harkness comments about the Berwick track being” demanding” times were decent ,riders didn’t look to be having difficulties another case of “spoonful of dirt”.Sedgman done 64.9 in heat 1.,obviously his wrist injury is a cause for concern like he intimated,doesn’t bode well for the season if it is not 100%.

Don’t think is up to the job expected of him.Time will tell though.

We certainly can’t have a Number 3 not scoring against aTeam like Redcar.Danyon and Sam haven’t really been consistent enough to make up for Bastion.

Good to see Craig in a positive mood,there is no doubt he still has the talent too be top man in this League.Bastion struggling big time.Polis was impressive for 1st time at Sheilfield.Class act at this level well done to Dayle Wood excellent points tonight,doing the job he was signed for.

Edinburgh might struggle away from home if Thomson does pick up his form.Paco can be very hit or miss away.

Think Polis is a decent rider might take a couple of races but I’m sure he will be ok at Berwick.

Never seen Paco as the man for the “big” Heat especially of the outside gate.Very strange that home Team riders don’t want important races because of gate choices.

Agree regarding Zmarzlik,different class and nothing seems to phase him and produces when it matters.Think Artum and Emil would have been genuine challengers and spoilers if had been allowed to compete.

Was thinking Kubera could be a challenger this season.

Bonus is a least Polis can ride Armadale.

Not so sure about that.🤔

Stene Pjiper is guesting at Berwick for Monarchs

Think it’s still him,his biggest problem is working out the best guests for Monarchs missing riders in his fixture list make up.

Interesting too see how many fixtures the International Superstars will miss over the season,especially Paco.

Would agree but it really makes mockery of the Sport.It just cannot be taken seriously.Nothing changes to improve the credibility of speedway to newer audiences.Saturdays fixture should be advertised as Bandits v Edinburgh Select.

Dont think even Campbell thought Grahn and Victor were Superstars for Sweden.

Pretty poor show all round.Dozen fixtures a season and still riders missing.They wonder how the the sport is failing.

Think Drew is his own worst critic.I have always rated him,he has given 100% commitment to the Bandits since he joined Berwick.He has certainly mastered the track and rides it how it should be ridden round the 3rd/4th bend.Good luck too him hope he has a good season again.
