It wasn't. Good track curators are rare these days but Plymouth is generally the worst prepared track with numerous avoidable postponements in the last few years. Hopefully you burnt some straw to sort the surface out tonight.

I've read that Sittingbournes stadium has new owners looking to increase the stadiums use.

Which is what should have happened when a season was scrapped due to covid. They had an ideal opportunity for a hard reset.
