Yes he did well for Redcar until he hurt his wrist near the end of his last season with the club, then he would declare himself fit for Peterborough's title chasing team but injured for Redcar meetings.

Tom Spencer is available on a 2.00. Looked decent for Redcar. It was a bit of a harsh move by the Bears dropping him as he hadn't done anything wrong.

Well I suppose it was as well when he admitted doctoring the track for the televised Kings Lynn meeting. Polished the surface he said. Oh well, sometimes karma gets ya! 😂

I've been saying the same for years. Most 2nd division riders back in the 80's when there were far more clubs had normal jobs outside if the sport.

Batch needs to go. Bowes looked decent in the few meetings I've seen him and there's a decent rider in there. Worky won't be the last team to get battered by this Redcar team this season but should do ok at home if Batch is replaced. How does MPT go around Worky?

He is just a disgrace to the sport. Done the same for several other teams in the past. Should be sacked and no other team should touch him with a barge pole!

Disgraceful attitude by Batch just giving up and pulling up at the back when things aren't going his way. Nothing new there. Why do teams bother employing him?

With Poole always portraying themselves are the ultimate professionals you would have thought they would have two ambulances at the track like several 'smaller' clubs do. Hope Gilkes is ok.

Three retirements for Boughen at Ipswich so far this afternoon.

It was noticeable both last season and this year that when a rider gets really close to Boughen he more often that not comes off the throttle. He is too cautious and needs to stop being so if he wants to succeed. At least he has Bomber as a team mate to watch and learn from though

Don't rate him as a rider regardless of last seasons average. He is reserve standard meaning Glasgow have 3 reserves IMO.

Well done Edinburgh, I didn't see that coming although I don't think this Glasgow team is as good as some make out. Boughen in the main body of the team would be a worry for me if they were my team. Early days though.
