  1. Freddie has a much easier last heat than Bjerre. He wins that heat and he should qualify. KK got Dudek on red so he has a hard task. KK and Bjeers on white which has been a bad gate in 2nd half.
  2. agree a price before getting in the taxi and you dont get ripped off.
  3. Loram was one of the very best riders I saw and one of the most exciting too. He beat all the others under the rules of that season. Less GP's in them days so less chance to win a GP. Even now we hear Tai and Hancock saying "get to the semi then think of the final" to accumulate points. It doesn't matter if they win a GP as its the final points total that counts.
  4. one mistake means past sell by date. very harsh, ridiculous statement
  5. I'd only use STT if the track is miles away from the city centre as it's handy to have a coach available. Otherwise you can book for half the price by using the internet to book flight, hotel and ticket. You can get to Prague or Stockholm's track easily by public transport in less than 30 minutes. Use this website for details of the GP http://speedwaygp.com/calendar
  6. Loads of potential but until he does something on a world stage he does not deserve a wild card. How can any sensible person say he is in the worlds top 15 riders.
  7. Love him or hate him he is only trying to get a reaction with his sniping. Ignore and he will go away. Don't rise to any bait. Simple.
  8. I was talking in general not to the poster so I see your point. My post should have gone to the person who started the thread. But the message remains.
  9. Rubbish again. Read his comments after the SWC. He is British and very proud to be British. I cannot believe this subject keeps rearing its head. Some people won't accept what he says as the truth. If he wanted to ride for Australia he could have done it long before now.
  10. A fine means nothing compared to a GP win and going clear at the table top. Sorry but can't agree with just a fine. What rule did he break ?
  11. Pedersen didn't touch Bomber. But a ruthless move. Kildermand just did the same move to Pedersen in ht 12. Great racing so far.
  12. agree. Its totally wrong to bring in stars by dropping other riders. injury is a different matter. Nice to have TW in our league but you have to feel sorry for Joonas K
  13. A rider who finishes 10th of 16 can get to the final. That really is giving someone a second chance. Strange rules.
  14. Maybe the airfence apron could be either screwed to the floor or maybe have a have a water filled lip to make it heavy and harder to leave the floor.
  15. If the SWC is to have the host nation seeded to the final that host country MUST be worth their place in that final. Having a 3 team final would be a farce. It could be argued GB didn't deserve a place in 2016 but we have the world champion and got a silver. Can't see CZ, Germany, Latvia doing the same.
  16. This might get a healthy debate but my view is that they are good fun and great for the sport. Pure enthusiasm from Nigel Pearson. Both he & KT have genuine enjoyment to see good racing. Now they are established they take the pee out of each other which gives humour to the commentary. When it's a poor meeting, as at the SWC on Friday, both say it as they say it. So both good for the sport. I am now wearing a tin hat because there are sure to be opposite views.
