Yes, when Poole had a massive crater a few seasons back and had to delay a meeting by over an hour to sort it out, the SCB sent Terry (i think it was him!) to sort it out. I think Birmingham also had it at a similar time as well.
I was thinking more 'retired'. Original poster was talking about Cockle anyway so was kinda right even though I misread it!
