  1. Tbh i don't like finishing top when there is playoffs. Feels like you have to win it no matter what just to justify it. Least if you finish 2nd -4th you can only gain out of the playoffs, nothing to lose! Also have to think about who you want in the SFs.
  2. Looking at rider's in the Prem who aren't involved with Prem playoffs so might want extra meetings (though would depend if they still riding in Poland in their playoffs) Jan Kvech would be good to watch at Redcar average under 7 for KL do after conversion might fit? Tungate? 🤷‍♀️ Ellis - I know he is in the Prem playoffs but could do with some more meetings to ride into some form for Ipswich. In same Polish team as Masters I think, so if Sam can make Championship fixtures work, don't see why he can't.
  3. Was thinking that. Worky do have the meetings in hand but would have to do an unbeaten run. So realistically just Redcar and Oxford. So if that happens we need to finish 2nd rather than first. I'm assuming it's still 1st vs 4th and 2nd vs 3rd?
  4. What old ruling? You have always been able to have a guest at 6. It is only r/r which is for top 5.
  5. Did you speak to him on Thursday? Could have got some answers to your questions!
  6. Plymouth. When they signed him they didn't know he'd be missing for Polish fixtures as he signed in Poland after a month or so into the season.
  7. Though tbf in an interview he did say you need to finish on a high average or a low one. So already has it in mind to look after his average.
  8. Tbf he didn't have a Polish club when he signed for Plymouth.
  9. The referee told me it was too late to pull back the race, but I don’t think that’s the case because we questioned the result in time. “I mentioned the problem with the tapes earlier in the evening and it was laughed off, when it should have been fixed.
  10. Anyone thinking Morris was just going to rock up and score 8-10 points with no competitive racing for 2 years is living in dreamland. Was always going to be more 3-5.
  11. I'm sure. Feel free to quote any Poole fans who have said it though.
  12. Neila and Gavan aren't Poole fans and they are the only ones going at Will. Seems you not taking last nights loss very well with all this crap you're spreading.
  13. Stops with the ref unless he told the start marshall not to do that. You don't know what the communication was after the first stoppage of H15.
  14. Yeah, I didn't realise they were holding it until after the race had finished. Be interesting to hear the refs side on it.
  15. Trouble with riding for Poole though. People want us to lose/fail so that will include having a pop at Will unfortunately.
  16. He has said in past interviews if he couldn't ride for Poole he would want to be at Redcar. But that was a couple of years ago.
  17. That is insane! I remember back in the elite league days teams would get fined for fielding understrength teams!
  18. Looks like he's riding in same U24 Polish meeting that Cairns was in today, so should be okay to get a flight over i would have thought. So possibly just down to the one guest now.
  19. Glasgow. But that was cos Poland called him up as Brady Kurtz was injured. Edit - also he just rode last couple of Fridays at Redcar and Scunny.
  20. Is a shame as Knudsen was very good at Poole last time and I would have thought Gusts would do a good job too. I mean we have a Dane so Weds night is doable although he did say he'd put UK ahead of Denmark with any fixture clashes as something to do with not much else for him to learn riding in Denmark compared to the UK(if my memory is correct from p+p day!).
  21. Lol, he was riding when they won in the BSN meeting! Got 7+2 riding at no3. His and Mitch's score are the main reason they did win.
  22. Teams: Poole (TM Neil Middleditch) 1 Richard Lawson 2 Tobias Thomsen 3 Lewi Kerr 4 Zach Cook (Capt) 5 Anders Rowe 6 Paul Starke 7 William Cairns Oxford (TM Peter Schroeck) 1 Sam Masters (Capt) 2 Jacob Hook (Guest) 3 Zaine Kennedy (Guest) 4 Mitch McDiarmid 5 Cameron Heeps 6 Luke Killeen 7 Darryl Ritchings (Guest)
  23. No, not necessarily! They always say the gap between Champ and NDL is quite big, so imagine going from NDL to doing Champ and Prem at 16 at once. Think it's too much imo. What's the rush? If they are desperate to do both then Champ in March/April and then possibly Prem from July onwards imo.
