  1. surprised not a thread for this yet. Redcar “Agilia” Bears 1 – Charles Wright (c) 8.80 2 – Jake Mulford 4.87 3 – Jason Edwards 6.23 4 – Jye Etheridge (G) 7.17 5- Danny King 8.47 6- Jody Scott 2.00 7- Ace Pijper 3.21 ™: Gavin Parr
  2. When have they ever done that? Prem want to stick to their boring league then that's up to them. But just try not to drag the Championship down with them.
  3. Let them worry about their own rubbish show. Championship way more the competitive league now. We don't even know who will finish bottom anymore let alone who gets 3rd and 4th in the playoffs! *as if I used the word rubbish - guess we are in PG mode lol *
  4. They don't. They might moan a bit. The only riders they boo are Barker and Craig Cook but even that not much anymore. Anyway back to the Prem!..
  5. Bbc not the best at predicting weather though. I'd be surprised if any TM or promoter uses that as a guide.
  6. They don't tend to put new clubs straight into the Prem though. Normally have to work their way up through the leagues. Think they will try and convince Glasgow to move up. Whether they will or not though. 🤷‍♀️
  7. As if he does that lol. I like VP, he comes across really well in interviews.
  8. Predictions? You always used to give pretty outthere ones in the Prem days.
  9. I shouldn't let it worry you Gav. Good to see an Ipswich rider in attendance anyway
  10. I think Worky will be too busy trying to fit all their Championship fixtures in!
  11. How many points did they have left after Scott as Ritchings is 2.35 now rather than than a 2.00.
  12. Rather have Trigger tbh, who was better at Poole. Cluff struggled to stay on the bike last time.
  13. They prob just wanted someone experienced in at reserve with Will. You don't know what Vinnie will do meeting to meeting. He has the potential to improve more than Starke but too unpredictable to call in the winter. Although seems a bit calmer now!
  14. Prob too much to make up now, would have to win 3/4 away meetings. But will tighten the table up as they shouldn't lose any more at home.
  15. Poole is in the title thread, Poole riders were in the meeting, so it is on topic lol. If you want to talk about the meeting, no one is stopping you.
  16. Wasn't Starke signed well before the end of last season though? Like few months before. Prob was between Tobi/Vinnie/Hagon.
  17. Poole preview: https://www.poole-speedway.com/news/view/2025-07-14-previewing-pirates-keen-to-conquer-the-monarchs
  18. Might have to be done though especially if Oxford pull out of the Prem. Who can blame them really, they are not competitive in it and just making the numbers up. Eurosport said has to be 6 teams. TNT might say similar, so if goes down to 5 what other choice do they have if no one will move up?
  19. Yeah it's like when you play truant from school and they suspend you. Hardly much of a punishment!
  20. Pressure of being captain? Quite a few outgoing personalities in the team now. Wouldn't be the first rider whose form has dipped with it.
  21. Maybe last year as I remember others saying we couldn't re-sign Perry when Vinnie got injured for a few weeks, we could only use him as a guest. Wasn't sure if it was still a rule though or changed.
  22. May well have done but Poland would have paid the majority as they did the operation and rehab.
  23. Exactly. Also he signed for Leszno last couple of months of last season at least and orginally there were a few fixture clashes but Poole worked with Leszno to make sure there weren't any. I think the trouble is they seen the conditions at Lynn and Brum, and like nope. Can't really blame them tbh.
