  1. Maybe it's the evolution of the magazine they change things about some people like it some people don't But stagnation gets you nowhere Does Bert Harkins attend as many GPs , I don't know but I liked his reports. Perhaps one of the many constant moaners some of whom i agree with. on the forum. could attend all the GPs and send their own report in for publication. Moan about the speedway star by all means but one day many will mourn the passing of the final issue We're in football terms a Conference(National) North/South sport at the very best. but we have a Premier League weekly magazine about our sport
  2. I see in todays Speedway Star that Hayley Perrault a 17yr old American girl will be having a spin at Birmingham next week. isn't this one of the things that was frowned upon by the authorities
  3. No doubt proven by the fact Savaloy Clout in fan responded to a quote meant for Russian Greg.
  4. Coventry at home 7:30 start so even if they rushed through the meeting he'd struggle to get there I guess.
  5. Remember to stamp them when you get on whichever mode of transport you use. They like an on the spot fine over there. Unless of course they've changed the system
  6. More importantly lets hope they do a Somerset and not a Leicester when it comes to the track
  7. Pity there's not a dislike button on the forum as this daft post would cause it to meltdown
  8. Ronnie may have many detractors in the speedway world but how many of those would've been as brave/foolish enough to do what he did ?
  9. So Kelsey makes a few mistakes and falls off a fair bit. If you talk to people who remember the good old days of speedway, that's a good grounding for being a multiple world champion. Some of them spent so much time sat on the track instead of the bike they tried to ban them.
  10. No doubt the nudist caravanner bog snorkeling society will still be in the drains on the 3rd and 4th bend causing a call off but no doubt a new series on the discovery channel beckons
  11. Get him and his monkey in the stocks Just thought do it in the fanzone at Cardiff pound a go all money to the benevolent fund
  12. Never knew Somerset did this and fair play and a big pat on the back from me for doing so. But until The CHEETAHS are back on track, if ever, I'll be paying full price on the odd occasion I'm down that way. Though I don't begrudge paying full price for the product on show.
  13. What every team in Britain should do is offer season ticket holders of any club in any league anything from a free programme and a couple of quid off admission up to maybe half price admission.Any little carrot to attract fans of either the opposition or someone who just happens to be in the area to a meeting has to be a no brainer.
  14. It's an easy mistake to make everytime there's a Bank Holiday it takes me about a week to adjust to what day of the week it is. Though next one shod be ok as working so double bubble plus a BH payment and a day off in lieu to keep me on the straight and narrow
  15. Riders will be well cheesed of isn't it doubletime on bank holidays
  16. Put the centre green presenter in the stocks and throw rotten fruit and veg at him Guaranteed crowd puller. Though the couple of times ive had a chat with said presenter I've had a good laugh with him. But you Northerners see him on a more regular basis so can give a much more reasoned argument. Tomatoes at the ready
  17. Rooboy is the Test-icicles at Swindon. Generally worth the admission fee on his own
  18. The same Paris that's twinned with Denmark and Manchester by the Rainy places committee
  19. If I was the Peterborough promotion I'd be offering every Glasgow fan with proof FREE ENTRY for the rematch. Maybe someone should've been more persistent
