Middlo is a lovely guy who lives and breathes Poole speedway, saw him last night queuing for a soft drink , had a brief chat.

Not a bad meeting although not much passing. Good job they signed NKI or we would have definitely got 4 points. Lawson, Harris,Allen and King all had poor races, Lawson only won a weak heat 14 as we had both reserves out, THJ probably didn't fancy it much after his crash and Wells was awful all night, we should have replaced him when we replaced Worrall. Sargeant was ok considering he's a 3 pointer.THJ seemed to get better as the meeting progressed but seemed to struggle again after his crash. The jury is still out on him but I think he can only improve from now on. Klindt rode well and seemed back to form, Jack rode well after yet again a poor first ride, Covatti rode well later in the meeting and seems in decent form, Brady looked really quick until he came off in heat 13 and Wells was awful. A good result which should have been 4 points if the ref had better glasses and excluded Harris when he took out THJ.

Looking forward to tonight, not because I think we will win because I don't but always a pleasure watching NKI , I expect him to score well. Not expecting much from THJ but more than willing for him to surprise me , when on form he can be inspirational.

I agree you will definitely need all 4 points on offer at Peterborough. Peterborough have nothing to play for but may want to be spoilers and winning at home in the last couple of meetings always goes down well with fans. Vey important for all teams as they are all struggling financially.

Playoffs certainly make the end of the season exciting.

Berge guested for Poole at the showground and rode well so he should be a bonus there.

Not sure it matters much which position r/r is, we will miss him tonight I would be happy with a point and hope Josh is back soon, we don't need injuries going in to the play offs.
