It was just a thought, maybe it would work maybe it wouldn't . I know I would be going to both legs of the final if it was my team so a trip to a neutral venue for the final would be fine but I realise that isn't the case with everyone.

Maybe your right but the Nations cup at Belle Vue was sold out, I would think Swindon are taking a fair few fans to Ipswich tonight, Ipswich can't be any nearer and Belle Vue was only as a example the venue could be anywhere. All the rugby league fans travel to Wembley and they don't get huge crowds on a week to week basis.

Why not have the final at a neutral venue, this year could have been held at Belle Vue , if you could hold it at the weekend you would get all the local fans as well as the fans of the two clubs involved.

With a dry day today I would of thought the track should be fine tonight although it could be tempting to make it slick which would only benefit Swindon as it did Poole when they were there earlier in the season whereas in the semi final it was deep which suited the home riders.

It looks like on current forecast that Thursday should be ok with only showers in the afternoon.

In my opinion having one league to encompass all clubs in the current premier and Championship would be the best option but I dare say it wouldn't suit the tv companies.

Ok fair enough we are all entitled to our own opinion, that what a forum is about. It is a great shame teams like Reading aren't in existence anymore so when someone on here, not you i know that, says they would like a club burn't to the ground some of us find that abhorrent and difficult to believe that anyone would want any club to close even if they hate that club.

I would definitely go if we dropped a league it is still my team just like my football team when they dropped a league, i have been to many lower league matches in football as well as speedway, its still very enjoyable and very competitive.

I don't think that many were ramming it down your throats perhaps one or two.i don't think you choked really just we rode better in the second half of the meeting. You could say our top two choked at Ipswich though, they were awful. I hope the final is close to make it good viewing.
