  1. Yes true good point, Ellis Perks has come on leaps and bounds this year.
  2. I am pleased to hear the track produced good racing, that hasn't been the case in the last few years, hope Buster is realising poor racing equals poor crowds.
  3. I think he is a bit flakey , I know he wasn't riding for Swindon but look at last years play off final.
  4. Yes opinion changed , you hammered us last night but I think the team can improve especially Jack Holder who was awful.
  5. Well that was a stuffing, Swindon superior and clearly favourites,it is theirs to lose. For Poole Brady rode well and was our best rider by a large margin, Josn did well too and Covatti threw everything at it for little reward. Jack was hopeless, Wells was poor too. For Swindon, Doyle was excellent as usual, Batchelor took Jack twice from behind and rode ok generally, Jensen was superb and must the the bargain of the season on his average, Musielak was ok, Perks was good value and won heat 2, Vissing was ok and clearly was trying hard,Ellis rode well too. Overall a very impressive performance from the Robins. Good meeting with plenty of passing on a well prepared track.
  6. To quote Monty Python. Howls of derisive laughter Bruce!!
  7. Greaves ? what happened to Doolan? I suppose Fricke will be recovered for his Polish team at the weekend!
  8. That is the problem with Richie there is no viable alternative
  9. Ok thanks possibly Josh Auty maybe best option from the championship but as you said earlier that would mean Covatti riding at 2.
  10. Ok thanks for that but he can come back after the 28th as he has been injured, is that correct? I see THJ is getting some reasonable scores lately, could be an option. Just can't see r/r being a good option for the play offs.
  11. Yes and I think that is definitely to our benefit in the play offs.
  12. Yeah hopefully he will be back and would get a amazing reception still loved by most fans and most are sympathetic to his personal issues. Any idea when or if Richie will be back or are we still scouring the world for a replacement?
  13. Yes true, it is understandable you have kept faith with Bewley but surprising that you haven't dumped Worrall .
  14. That was in response to his dig at Poole, Swindon are a top team so are Poole just a bit of friendly banter.
  15. At home you should be able to cope, most teams would, it is just Belle Vue need Fricke because of the poor form of some of their lower riders.
  16. Klindt? Wells? I would say Richie Worrall but he is injured, Josh G and Covatti rode well there last time too.
  17. Track was a little bumpy but many are not just Poole. There were plenty of passes, I think you must have dozed off.
  18. well you find too many Brits in the top league in football!
  19. In fairness Steve, Swindon are favourites judging by last night, as you say too much top end firepower for us but we have riders who go well at The Abbey so we can keep it close especially if our reserves fire like they can.
  20. You never know how it affects the meeting as a whole though but you would think that a win would have been achieved if Fricke was there but it also showed up the weaknesses in your team if you can't cope at home without your top rider. Kings Lynn have used r/r for a while now without Lambert
  21. You can't you wouldn't. Fricke hasn't been on fire lately.
