  1. Whether one knee is raised or not you can still tell the knee is swollen.
  2. Hope Ellis is ok but if not Paul Starke is dynamite round Wolves track Thanks for the most predictable post!
  3. it is a play off replacement for a long term injury, probably your right i haven't counted exactly but 5 is still a fair amount and could be considered long term.
  4. Hans missed many matches after being injured about 8 or 9, surely that's the criteria not the amount of matches since the new rider was signed and i would say 8 or 9 matches is long term.
  5. wolves will need a massive performance from Clegg, Howarth can beat our reserves but Clegg will have to be at his best and our reserves will need to not be at their best. Holder hates the place so that is a plus for wolves and Bucko will struggle, Lindgren should be on top form after his performance in the gp so it certainly isn't over and no room for complacency.
  6. Well those are the rules, at least Ellis and Newman are back at reserve where they should be, ridiculous decision to let EDR riders into the main body of the team. Bjarne should never have been allowed to ride at reserve.
  7. Whats unfair about getting a guest for a injured rider? I was replying about Bjarne being injured.
  8. They should get themselves to Monmore tomorrow for a great meeting, they are only denying themselves.
  9. So you don't believe photographic evidence!! I bet you even question whether they are his legs!
  10. They say they do but will it be packed tomorrow? or will we have a mass boycott.
  11. I don't think many will walk away because of this, some may say they do to have a go at Poole but the vast majority do not come on this forum and just go to watch a good speedway meeting which is what i will do tomorrow.
  12. Quite right in my view he was out long term, long term doesn't have to mean season ending,as you say he was out for a month before the decision was made to replace him, he was replaced, then after probably a lot of pressure from his Polish team, he rode which was in hindsight foolish, he still is injured and unable to race therefore if he hadn't been pressurised to ride for his Polish team he wouldn't have rode. Anyway see you tomorrow.
  13. why is Lindback illegal, he was a legitimate replacement for a injured rider on a average agreed by the governing body. No rule was broken.
  14. i didn't say it was assessed. His last real average was attained while at Belle Vue, if the averages had been worked out then as they are now then it would be much lower, he did 11 meetings so it should be assessed on that.
  15. Are you saying Belle Vue don't know what they are doing and don't know the rules!!
  16. Because his average went up quite a lot. And the current world champion came in on a 7.03, only in speedway. Really!
  17. True Bjarne was at reserve but he goes well there so would still score well i think. Tungate would probably be better but if we are without Bucko then rather have him guesting for Buczkowski. Dont think its disrespectful our reserves are better as proved last week and they both go well at Wolves.
  18. Bjarne scored well at Monmore last time so will be missed be better off with a guest for Buczkowski and getting Bjarne back, as for the reserves i think we will comfortably outscore Wolves in that department.
  19. Well i went the last time Poole were at Monmore and Thorsell was unbeatable, nobody was ever going to beat him that night and he was pretty good at Poole too, if you have Harris, probably the best replacement possible but still not as good as Thorsell.
