Swc, Event Two, King's Lynn 15/7

Don't see it would have made any difference, Harris would have only scored a point more as Pedersen and Hancock were in that race and anyway probably thought he had more chance of beating MJJ. -

Don't all riders have to have 3 rides. -

When i said does it matter, i was referring to the manager not having the paperwork to manage therefore letting the assistant manager have the title which has nothing to do with any so called mistakes he has made. But while we are on the subject who is praising him for the right tactical call on the joker this time? You will probably say that's the only decision he has got right in all his time as GB manager, i suppose the time we nearly won it in 2004 was his fault too. Don't why you brought up Poole's bad luck in losing the league which was not Middlo's fault. -

Leaving out Cook wasn't a mistake, the mistake was having Kennett in the team in the first place and Cook only rode to see if he was up to the task and came up a little short, he has a future in the gb team and i am sure he will be back but going with more experienced young riders now in a world cup race off is the right thing to do. -

Cook should not be a starter he has had his chance, King, Barker and Bridger are all better alternatives. Agree about Barker but personally would have used King. -

seeing as King has a higher average than Barker, Bridger or Cook and goes well at big tracks, can anyone explain why he isn't in the team. -

We certainly had no home advantage, Kings Lynn was made for the danish riders, Niels rides there, Pedersen used to ride there and at one time held the track record, Bjerre always goes well there and the last time MJJ rode there he got 17!!. -

Perhaps he just thought it wasn't needed as his able assistant already had it. -

I agree with that, to say Cook is out of his depth was a bit harsh but he got himself in to decent positions and didn't seem to go through with the chances he had given himself. He had to be dropped but it won't be the last we hear of him in the world cup. Kennett was a big mistake, i think Middlo picked him because he has the ability but hasn't shown it for a while and hoped he could but most people couldn't believe he had picked him and unfortunately it backfired. In my view King should have rode and should ride in the race off but i can understand the reasons he has picked Bridger and i hope it works out this time. -

Cook was brought to see if he was up to the job and he isnt so why persevere, cook claims he shouldnt be dropped to get older riders in but bridger and barker are younger than him! Personally would have picked danny king -

The logic is we could win the race off without him, with him we have no chance. He clearly hasnt the ability to mix it with the better riders -

Craig cook has just tweeted to say hes been dropped and sounds bitter about it,middlo gave him a chance and he blew it , what reason would middlo have to keep him. -

To me it was the worst swc ive been to, Tai was excellent, Harris also put the effort in, Cook was out of his depth and Kennett is just very poor at the moment, I would say get king and barker in both in form and. then we could make the final. -

The turnstile we walked in were searching everyone who had a bag or a coat, bit suspicious having a coat in that weather!! I know you can't take bottles in to most venues but this is speedway not football, they let you take any drink to your seat if you have bought it in the stadium. -

As it seems we are in gripe mode, the thing that annoyed me most was my daughter not allowed to bring in a plastic bottle of water, got to be a money making tactic. -

There were outlets that served draught lager at 4.20 a pint, yes expensive but better value than 4 pound a bottle. the crisps although 1.50 were for pringles. -
