From what i have seen in the EL i don't think there is too much between them and i agree Newman is more exciting to watch.

I don't know if he was offered but he isn't too reliable and only seems to go well at the smaller tracks, quite happy with Ellis. Really? Rather have Newman any day.

Is Kerr any better than Blackbird? Isn't Mear their protected rider.

Actually think Bjarne wouldn't be the worst signing for Lakeside, he was always pretty good at Arena Essex i seem to remember a 22 point once with a win off 15 metres obviously he isn't as good as that these days but i am sure he will do a good job and another nice loan fee for Matt!

Kerr a very good signing if the after effects of his crash don't play on his mind too much but why is he the only rider that Lakeside have signed on the BSPA site.

I think Batch will do ok and easily up his average, he didn't have the best season last year but he is very capable of better and Saddlebow Road is a track that suits his style.

I can't think Nicki will come back while he is still in the GP's even Janowski has opted out this season. Nicki would make Saddlebow road exciting and put up the gate money but just can't see it happening and he would most likely want a fortune to consider it.

As i recall not a gater and exciting to watch with a never give up attitude, would be good signing.
