  1. Musielak left out presumably to get Jonas Davidsson in for the home leg.
  2. Possibly the Torun club might prefer because of the way it has worked out to run the 1st leg at home on the 1st -although they might be able to cope with 2 meetings in 2 days. It will I`m sure be sorted in plenty of time so people will be able to make plans.
  3. Lublin v Gniezno 2nd div play-off final 1st leg Sunday 10th September http://www.lubelska.tv/wiadomosci/3986,polowa-planu-wykonana-speed-car-motor-lublin-vs-ha
  4. Gniezno have blocked lubelska.tv(Lublin) from showing the 2nd division 2nd leg live on their channel. It could be interesting to see where Lambert is on Sunday- Poland or England. I think I can guess where he would rather be !!
  5. On the SKY planner the speedway is definitely on at 6.30pm(424)
  6. It says on my planner it starts at 6.30pm- I have asked Dave Goddard on the match thread how that will effect the coverage- might depend on what time the cricket finishes.
  7. 4688 in Rospiggarna 4595 in Masarna Dave, a question please. tonight the TV guide shows that the speedway starts at 6.30pm on freesports. The meeting in Sweden starts shortly after 6pm. What will be shown ? will coverage join "live" at heat 4(approx.) or will it be " delayed live" from heat 1. I also suppose it could be affected by what time the cricket finishes.

  10. Just wanted to confirm that this comp has NO LIMIT on betsIs that Pavlic ?? or do you want a pavlova !!!!
  11. For many years i have been flagging up these longtrack incorrect facilities so i very much agree with you- however i think that is the rule they have used.
  12. Pawel Przedpelski the wildcard. the reserves are Bartosz Smektala and Igor Kopec- Sobczynski.
  13. Pretty sure they used 16.5.1 D- i posted it on the Chris Harris ban thread.
  14. Why have a rule in the rule book about longtrack( and some longtrack are infact grasstracks) and then not adhere to this rule ?? is on FIM Longtrack Championship duty (for the day of the Meeting only; no facility is permitted for practice day). If it included longtrack qualifying, longtrack team, longtrack open meetings- then it would say so. it doesn`t say a rider can`t be absent because he`s taking part in one of these- it`s just that the team have to take the consequences of no facility.
  15. The bookies seem to know that Smederna are using R/R for Karpov- Ghostie is this confirmed anywhere ?
  16. Surely "the Facility was quite legitimate" and " why the Facility was granted" must bring into question the legitimacy of the facility ??
  17. 3 rounds gone and it all comes down to this final round- the pressure is on. Even myself a world renowned expert on European speedway has found it hard to make this final round ultra hard for you 4 punters. Spread for SEC final round Lublin Saturday 16th September start time 6pm UK time Milik 11 - 13 Laguta 11 - 13 Lebedevs 8 - 10 Kasprzak 8 - 10 Jonsson 8 - 10 Prem Pawlicki 8 - 10 Bjerre 7 - 9 Szczepaniak 7 - 9 MJJ 7 - 9 Madsen 7 - 9 Smolinski 7 - 9 Kudryashov 5 - 7 Bech 5 - 7 Gomolski 5 - 7 Pavlic 3 - 5 Jeleniewski 3 - 5
  18. It`s the excitement of Smederna`s 2 big matches this week that`s got to you
  19. Tomorrow I think it was- doesn`t change that it`s off table after that decision 1 Slangerup Speedway Klub, 12 matcher, 23 point 2 Region Varde Elitesport,12 matcher, 18 point 3 Team Fjelsted, 11 matcher, 16 point 4 Esbjerg Vikings, 11 matcher, 15 point 5 Holsted Tigers, 12 matcher, 15 point 6 Holstebro Elite, 12 matcher, 10 point 7 GSK Liga, 12 matcher, 5 point
  20. This isn`t a new problem with facilities for longtrack/grasstrack. Scunthorpe and Edinburgh were past masters for illegal facilities for longtrack. Something I wasn`t slow in pointing out. Those with good memories will recall the David Howe facility for the longtrack team final- which was another ACU ruling.the rule in the rule book is this- 16.5.1 d) is recalled by his own FMN in accordance with the FIM ISLB Regulations.- the international speedway league bureau is very much a dead duck nowadays, however I`m pretty sure this is the rule they have used.
  21. Translated(google) .. WEDNESDAY AFTER 2/3. THE PLACE - HERE IS THE SCENARIA There is great excitement about who ends as 2 and 3 on Wednesday evening when the base series ends. Second place gives direct qualification to the DM final, while 3rd place gives home ground advantage in the semi-finals. The matches on Wednesday evening are Slangerup-Holsted and Team Fjelsted-Esbjerg, and it is the latter who decides it all. Let's just scratch the scenarios for Wednesday evening - first, just the position in the Metal Speedway League: 1 Slangerup Speedway Club, 11 Matches, 22 Points 2 Region Varde Elitesport, 12 matches, 18 points 3 Team Fjelsted, 11 matches, 16 points 4 Esbjerg Vikings, 11 matches, 15 points 5 Holsted Tigers, 11 Matches, 13 Points 6 Holstebro Elite, 12 Matches, 10 Points 7 GSK League, 11 matches, 5 points The bonus points are given to the best mutual team over two matches, and at the same time act as a tiebreaker by punctuality. Although Region Varde has taken the bonus points against both Team Fjelsted and Esbjerg Vikings, there are a number of outcomes in the game Wednesday evening. Region Varde is currently in second place and direct DM qualifier, but can not be worse than number three, and in that case, thus gaining the host of the semi-finals with which there are financial income. Team Fjelsted is currently 3, but can easily be 2's and go directly to the DM finale, 3's and host the semifinal, and even 4s and some sort of buck despite qualifying for the semifinals. Esbjerg Vikings has the fewest possibilities and stands in the paradoxical situation that the team can not finish 3's, but in turn, they can both run directly in the finale as 2's or stay fourth. Team Fjelsted won 16 points, 51-35 in the first match against Esbjerg Vikings, so these are the possible scenarios and the outcome of them after they have run their second match on Wednesday evening: 1) Team Fjelsted wins the match: thus secures 2 match points and 1 bonus points and takes the final direct DM final with 19 points, while Region Varde Elitesport will be 3's with 18 points and Esbjerg Vikings 4's with 15 points. 2) Draw: Region Varde retains 2nd place and direct final qualification by 18 points, Team Fjelsted gets 1 match point and 1 bonus points and becomes 3s also with 18 points (but least against Region Varde Elitesport) while Esbjerg Vikings becomes 4 ' is 16 points. 3) Esbjerg wins the match by less than 16 points: Region Varde retains 2nd place with 18 points, Team Fjelsted gets bonus points and becomes 3s by 17 points, while Esbjerg gets two match points and becomes 4s with 17 points, but worst in opposition to Team Fjelsted. 4) Esbjerg wins the match by more than 16 points: Region Varde retains second place by 18 points, but best part
