  1. It`s the excitement of Smederna`s 2 big matches this week that`s got to you
  2. Tomorrow I think it was- doesn`t change that it`s off table after that decision 1 Slangerup Speedway Klub, 12 matcher, 23 point 2 Region Varde Elitesport,12 matcher, 18 point 3 Team Fjelsted, 11 matcher, 16 point 4 Esbjerg Vikings, 11 matcher, 15 point 5 Holsted Tigers, 12 matcher, 15 point 6 Holstebro Elite, 12 matcher, 10 point 7 GSK Liga, 12 matcher, 5 point
  3. This isn`t a new problem with facilities for longtrack/grasstrack. Scunthorpe and Edinburgh were past masters for illegal facilities for longtrack. Something I wasn`t slow in pointing out. Those with good memories will recall the David Howe facility for the longtrack team final- which was another ACU ruling.the rule in the rule book is this- 16.5.1 d) is recalled by his own FMN in accordance with the FIM ISLB Regulations.- the international speedway league bureau is very much a dead duck nowadays, however I`m pretty sure this is the rule they have used.
  4. Translated(google) .. WEDNESDAY AFTER 2/3. THE PLACE - HERE IS THE SCENARIA There is great excitement about who ends as 2 and 3 on Wednesday evening when the base series ends. Second place gives direct qualification to the DM final, while 3rd place gives home ground advantage in the semi-finals. The matches on Wednesday evening are Slangerup-Holsted and Team Fjelsted-Esbjerg, and it is the latter who decides it all. Let's just scratch the scenarios for Wednesday evening - first, just the position in the Metal Speedway League: 1 Slangerup Speedway Club, 11 Matches, 22 Points 2 Region Varde Elitesport, 12 matches, 18 points 3 Team Fjelsted, 11 matches, 16 points 4 Esbjerg Vikings, 11 matches, 15 points 5 Holsted Tigers, 11 Matches, 13 Points 6 Holstebro Elite, 12 Matches, 10 Points 7 GSK League, 11 matches, 5 points The bonus points are given to the best mutual team over two matches, and at the same time act as a tiebreaker by punctuality. Although Region Varde has taken the bonus points against both Team Fjelsted and Esbjerg Vikings, there are a number of outcomes in the game Wednesday evening. Region Varde is currently in second place and direct DM qualifier, but can not be worse than number three, and in that case, thus gaining the host of the semi-finals with which there are financial income. Team Fjelsted is currently 3, but can easily be 2's and go directly to the DM finale, 3's and host the semifinal, and even 4s and some sort of buck despite qualifying for the semifinals. Esbjerg Vikings has the fewest possibilities and stands in the paradoxical situation that the team can not finish 3's, but in turn, they can both run directly in the finale as 2's or stay fourth. Team Fjelsted won 16 points, 51-35 in the first match against Esbjerg Vikings, so these are the possible scenarios and the outcome of them after they have run their second match on Wednesday evening: 1) Team Fjelsted wins the match: thus secures 2 match points and 1 bonus points and takes the final direct DM final with 19 points, while Region Varde Elitesport will be 3's with 18 points and Esbjerg Vikings 4's with 15 points. 2) Draw: Region Varde retains 2nd place and direct final qualification by 18 points, Team Fjelsted gets 1 match point and 1 bonus points and becomes 3s also with 18 points (but least against Region Varde Elitesport) while Esbjerg Vikings becomes 4 ' is 16 points. 3) Esbjerg wins the match by less than 16 points: Region Varde retains 2nd place with 18 points, Team Fjelsted gets bonus points and becomes 3s by 17 points, while Esbjerg gets two match points and becomes 4s with 17 points, but worst in opposition to Team Fjelsted. 4) Esbjerg wins the match by more than 16 points: Region Varde retains second place by 18 points, but best part

  11. Certainly not tomorrow because of Sweden which is also why Wednesday is a no no
  12. I found it interesting that watching on Saturday - the gate 4 riders pulled back for a false start obviously were looking intently at the release mechanism - and i believe saw the release and moved - however because they were so close and saw it first they were ahead of the others in the ref`s mind. Have a look at the video to see if i`m correct .

  14. Thank you - i think that reply nearly covers the fact that Zielona Gora bottled it- no decent reserves. The real Doyle stayed at home. Hampel was a credit to the ZG colours !!!!!!!
  15. I think the forum was hoping for slightly more comment on the fact that the best team in the world, in the best league in the world- failed at the first hurdle !!!!!

  18. Without Drabik- top performance from Wroclaw- so Wroclaw have choice of 1st or 2nd leg at home. Gorzow v Zielona Gora for the bronze medal.
