  1. The multi British and World champion you mean. Never miss an opportunity to bash our best British rider. Next you will be telling me you would pick Garrity over Tai as well.
  2. And what's Darcy doing exactly? The odd phonecall, text and advice?? Hardly any different. Tai im sure has advised many kids over the years, like I'm sure Darcy has. I really don't see why it's an issue or any different. It's not like he had to drive to Birmingham to help him is it?! Darcy is doing no more than Tai. Helping someone because he wants too.
  3. I'm delighted to hear I am. I wondered why you stopped sending threatening messages to my inbox. Couldn't be happier. Back in the real world Tai will go on to win more World titles and be one of the most successful British riders of all time. Haters gotta hate.
  4. I think it's more Middlo's defence of him that caused the damage more than the association to Poole. The line 'it's what kids do' did more damage to Poole than anything else!
  5. Because they are hypocrites, pure and simple! Edited the post but otherwise spot on. you clearly haven't seen kids look up to him with awe. We saw a lot of that. That's what happens when you achieve what Tai has done in his career. He is riding on a British license that's why, next? Next you will be making up that Tai has dual nationality.
  6. for what precisely? Funnily enough, certain Poole fans are happy to bash Tai when on of their appears a lose cannon. But like you say, people in glass houses and all that!
  7. And how many more is Darcy helping if one isn't good enough?? You asked the question and got an answer you still aren't happy with. Anything to bash Tai tho anyway ain't it.
  8. How do you know? He was at Perry Barr 2 weeks ago helping Layne Cupitt. Does that answer your question?? I guess so.
  9. Tai is as professional as they come that's why he is as successful as he is. I'm never sure what Robert means he makes so much stuff up.
  10. good for what? To get knocked out in the qualifiers by someone like Latvia next seadon because that's the way it's going. We should be building our future around Tai. Without him we have taken a massive step backwards as besides Lambert we have no one ready to take on the world's best nations for several years still. at least it's clear that Lee and Scott were equally as unpatriotic as Tai which is the main point. What sensible governing body doesn't seed their number one rider and multi world champion into their national final. Fault lies completely with the BSPA for not ensuring their star asset is part of the national title. Tai didn't need an excuse last year nor thus. Tai like Scott and Lee before him have shown the issue is always the BSPA when it comes to making participation in national events difficult. The signs have been clear for many a year. Lambert will be the next one to tell the BSPA to get lost too. Some riders can see the BS for what it is. It a pride to ride for your country but those governing it have done next to naff all about that for many a year. I don't blame any rider that takes that stance. The BSPA need to make things easier for those like Tai/lee/Scott/lambert as respect and pride works both ways, not one.
  11. nor could you. Plus id ask you to prove your 2nd statement but it would be fruitless because you can't. Why would British youngsters want to follow in the footsteps of a rider they barely know? So you are advocating that Crump is the better role model? The rider that was born in the UK but choose to ride for Australia?? I'm sure the youngsters would be rolling on the floor laughing at that suggestion as most forum readers tend to do at the majority of your posts anyway. Please keep these pearlers coming please.
  12. It really isn't that difficult. He divided public opinion like no other. An Australia described as the most natural talent on a bike. Tai is squeaky clean in comparison.
  13. He is more likable than some Poole assets that's for sure.
  14. Show me the proof that ALL youngsters DON'T want to be the next Woffy?? That's right, you can't. Same old Tai basher. But you are right, no up and coming youngsters want to be the next British World Champion. The gift that keeps giving. I will remind you who gets the biggest cheer at Cardiff by the way, or I could tell you now. Thankfully not everyone thinks like you. Phew.
  15. Wouldn't it have to be another prodigee from the NL tho? Rose will count as 1 Lambert didn't ride NL did he?? If not then any replacement would have to be British surely? ?
  16. Let's face it, Milk is way ahead of KK right now but surely it's not possible as he rides Czech league as well as for Wroclaw in Poland and Indianerna in Sweden. Why would he want to quit his own league? As it stands he isn't even a consideration surely.
  17. What a vile bigoted poster you are with a comment like that. wonder why all youngsters want to be the next Woffy? Youngsters aspire to be as good as Tai. Darcy was equally as selfish about riding here than anyone else. He gave nothing back to the EL, nor should he be expected to. Let's see who gets the biggest cheer at Cardiff then yet again which will yet again disprove your theory he only has hardcore fans now. It gave me a little chuckle anyway. They also both have a long history of saying no to the SWC. Coincidence maybe?
  18. I wouldn't. Anyway no rider can sign after July so that seems fine to me.
  19. Won't be any worse than the rubbish Pole he is replacing.
  20. Can't work out if we were that good or the Rebels that poor. They had their moments tho. Tungate held 2nd well in heat 1. The reserves gated for a potentially maximum heat until Graversen threw away 2nd with a poor 3rd bend on the 2nd lap. Hougaard got outsmarted on the final bend in the 3rd. Starke had a couple of great races. Besides fair effort from Allen it was a tough night for the travelling Rebel army fans. Probably the lowest crowd of the season for the weakest opposition so far. Track rode a lot slicker I thought and times not as quick as usual. Too much of a dominant show for the league leaders who generally controlled proceedings limiting the visitors to pick up the odd scrap. Schlein epitomised that with Starke in heat 12 as he knew precisely where he would be attacking from. Roo boy run straight to the fence on the back straight to kill all his speed. Greaves had enough in the tank to stay ahead of him for 4 laps. Some dodgy decisions by May for the Rebels - the TR for Allen in heat 8 was a schoolboy error and Hougaard on a TR against Fred? Odd. WOLVES FRED - untouchable. In a different league this season. 5/5 KYLE - did his job perfectly. Decent effort. 3.5/5 ROO - dropped a single point to Tungate in heat 5. Steady and attacking in equal measures. 4.5/5 JACOB - first 5 ride 5 wins this season, ignoring the paid variety. Quickest Wolves rider tonight. 5/5 MOTM SAM - another solid night. 3.5/5 MARK - lowest scorer but had very little to beat as had Graversen 3 times. Beat Rebels number one. 2.5/5 NATHAN - our best reserve. Scored in each heat. Looking more stable and prepared to attack. Getting better each time I see him. 3.5/5 REBELS Tungate - started off okay ended poorly. 2/5 Starke - sounded awful in his first couple of heats then looked awfully quick. Until Heat 15. 2.5/5 RR - scored zero. Wright would have got 3 or 4. Hougaard - this was an average Monmore showing from the Dane. 2/5 Grajczonek - thought he had a bit of fight in heat 4, I was wrong. 0.5/5 Allen - fair first effort at the Green. Certainly had his moments. 2.5/5 Graversen - dreadful, and that's being kind.0/5
  21. He didn't return to the pits as he would have been excluded for doing so. He had his helmet colour changed on the back straight.
