  1. I can only agree with that. It would be pretty easy to calculate their foreign teams averages into a workable one to use in the UK. Would seem a fair way. Particularly if a rider hasn't ridden in the UK for 2 seasons. It does seem they have sorted a system of new or former top flight riders returning to the league if last season's assessed 7 for Lindback is to be maintained but as with anything BSPA related it can change as and when to suit which is the worst issue.
  2. Team changes are part of the game, whether they are right is very much open to opinion. With regards Wolves changes last season, perfectly legal. NO team should have benefited from using Tai other than Wolves on his low 7 average after the dire season we had to endure with his tired season long performance previously. I'd rather riders like Tai, Greg, Tonio etc commit to our league for a full season but what a joy it is when they do appear. The change in rules is likely to rule that out which is a pity but of course sticks in the throat of some who are dead against strengthening up for the play offs.
  3. Yes I recall that too. As usual it's make it up as you go along.
  4. talking of rubbish, just read your reply. Good to see you and your uncle getting on so well. You must have been up all night to know that, the gift that keeps giving. Although I do like your put down post is liked by the other bully brigade. Just waiting for the usual suspect of saying I'm bullying ya. Gotta love the hypocrisy on this forum.
  5. Just in case you have missed it there isn't an EL this year so a new trophy will be required. KK will probably be at reserve for the play offs, so you might stand a chance .
  6. Who knows? New averages can only be made when all riders have had 4H 4A tho anyway?
  7. Keep what trophy clean?? There hasn't been a trophy yet for the Premiership. The EL trophy for 2016 looks great in CVS office, where it will stay.
  8. The only thing that matters is A) being in the top 4 come September and more importantly being in good form. Being top is irrelevant these days as whilst it's great satisfaction at ending the league programme as the team with the most points it means diddly squat if you don't win the play off final. Most of the whinging and whining from supporters over the years is when the team who finishes top doesn't win the play offs, as they have not earned that right to be crowned champions. If Wolves stay top now till the play offs it matters very little unless they are carrying form as well.
  9. True. Top 4 is all that matters and top means nothing. We are the play off specialists after all so staying top is all Belle Vue's if they want it again.
  10. Well done to the Wolves select. The guests did us proud. Onwards and upwards.
  11. My answer is in an earlier post. I certainly see more racing at different tracks than you do if you want to turn it into a juvenile discussion. Haven't you got other threads to troll?
  12. No one was conned. The Rebels promotion made the decision based on local fixtures with none local in the lower division. Pure and simple.
  13. Thought his 28 day facility is up this week? You can't just extend it unless you apply for another facility. Decisions need making it seems.
  14. It's unlike Drury to not be on the ball if someone has potential. Id say not to keep asking tho! Prove it on track. He is always impressed with that!
  15. I get what you are saying. However cutting out the top boys will see even more fans desert the sport in droves. I'm a top flight snob. Not ashamed to admit. Although I watch all levels of racing including amateur. I don't believe we have a credible product without the top level boys. Good racing is good racing at any level. From that perspective it's a great product. Whether it will continue to be a credible one is doubtful if you strip it any further.
  16. It's a difficult one. We need the top boys here, the more the better. However Poland, GP's usually come first and teams who ride Friday and Saturday are often likely to suffer. Not good tho.
  17. Does he have a license and have race insurance?? All required to be allowed to practice after a meeting. Has he asked???
  18. I know of several local riders allowed to practice after meetings at Birmingham. So happy to disagree with you on that one.
  19. So Somerset fans don't get to see Freddie for either match? Short changed or what!
  20. Certainly is good to do research. He rides in his own league for Zarnovica Vaculik rides in the Polish league (Gorzow), and Swedish League (Vetlanda). He rides too many leagues and wouldn't be able to.
  21. Just have to hope the B fixture has more Wolves riders able to make it then as I love my trips to Highbridge but I won't bother on Friday.
