  1. Good win for the woefully injury hit Stars, thankfully only fodder to beat. Top 3 again!
  2. They have the best away record of any team, so it's possible.
  3. The cogs were last seen active in the 70's no doubt.
  4. Ah the good old days. Not one league title was ever decided late in the season in poor weather when 2 or 3 teams were fighting for the title. Probably as many play offs have been decided. Glad to be a sycophant, long live the plays offs.
  5. [quote name="CB252" post="2662607" timestamp="1439378860" The fact remains that if Batchelor had been above 7 at the time of the re declaration Ward could not have been accommodated unless either Batch or Morris was dropped. Exactly, it's not hard to understand.
  6. I've had it all along thanks. You can only have 2 riders over 7 at anytime during the season - start or mid. Someone will explain it to you.
  7. Good example of fiddling the rules. Another boring sycophant post.
  8. Aah bless, my season is already over so 8th, 7th of 6th is just as bad. Must be nice for the Lions or have an aim to not be bottom again I suppose. Waiting on a valid point from you, in time no doubt.
  9. Swindon had 2 heat leader standard riders at the start of the season, there can be no dispute that Miedzinski isn't top 1 or 2 standard. Likewise Bachelor. Effectively Morris doing so well replaced AM giving you 2 heat leaders. I fully understand the point that to make your season happen you would have wanted a number one. I get it, I see it. However when it's glaringly obvious what needs to happen for that to become reality AND it happens (Batch dropping his average) it's something that I personally find distasteful. You are one of the more open minded Swindon supporters so it's nice to have an adult conversation force change. Better than having a 100% of you're 71 I guess. Maybe if you read my posts properly you wouldn't be made into a laughing stock by making wild assumptions. Gives me a titter anyway. Mon the Aces.
  10. Prior to Ward signing Swindle had 2 riders over 7. Can't be dressed any other way.
  11. Thanks for pointing out the obvious to anyone who has ever read my posts TR. I couldn't be any more consistent if I tried. It's a shame the (not so) special one reads so blindly that they have shot themselves in the foot by being so biased and red tinted. Sometimes you just have to wait for certain posters to show themselves up, so thanks to the special one for that.
  12. You have, as expected, selective reading. Read my earlier posts in the thread if you really want to know the answer to that question, I always replied to your question earlier in the day. Why aren't you mentioning Zagar, Holder, Bjerre, Andersen as well? Strange that. So just how are Wolves benefiting from poor form for Freddie? Has he lowered his average to get a new rider in?? NOPE. Are we lowering his average so we can fit Tai, Piotr, Nicki P in next year?? They don't want to ride EL so NOPE. If you can come up with a credible reason for Freddie dropping his average you might just have a point. The truth is you won't or don't. No dodgy average dropping to bring riders in for us however. Shame we don't try cheat like Swindon.
  13. Never envy cheats, only pity. Those green tints can see the obvious, unlike the red ones. Mon the aces.
  14. Ditto Andersen, ditto Zagar, ditto holder, ditto bjerre et Al. At least they can all blame form and not dodgy engines. These are having poor seasons, Batchelor - whilst average at the best of times - deliberately dropped his. those red tints still firmly in place I see.
  15. Yes they did, Batchelor was one of 3 riders above 7. Aces to finish for me.
  16. Belle Vue are likely to finish higher than the Robins anyway, so expected. Bitter that my team is dire? Yea of course. Facts are Batchelor dropped below 7 due to dodgy engine failures to fit Ward in. Shame you can't see thru those red tints. Go Aces.
  17. That was never in dispute was it! quote name="rudger" post="2661647" timestamp="1439238093"]well I'm glad u have cleared that up then , because of how well Morris has performed this year we are well within our rights to call upon a reserve of equal average to replace him , no skullduggery involved , is this the case as Swindon are being dragged thro the proverbial as to cheating yet again , Robins have used the rules the same way any other team would over guest for Morris. As expected , Harris scored nearly double Morris's previous best so might have only got 3 not 4 points. The expected result.
  18. Not disputing the rules as every other team would do the same.
  19. If he wants to be in the EL next year we would be foolish to not use him next season. So long as it's not as a number one. Absolutely, that is not in dispute . However at Wolves Harris is the much better option, no dispute.
  20. Did I hear someone say Lindgren back to form? One week wonder. Hopeless as expected.
  21. Of course I still go to speedway which I answered last time you asked that question. I have missed 2 matches this season and tonight is one of them. Nothing sour about my grapes either
  22. A Lions select side is usually stronger than a regular one. However another nul points for the Lions again.
