  1. You reckon? The majority of top boys have health, physios and dietitians to advise them. Doubt they would mess all that up. I was going to say it is like silencergate, but really it is nothing like the same. The plot thickens.....................................
  2. And should make a statement to that fact if indeed that is correct (i hope that is true because i hope he doesn't think its ok for kids to take drugs) because the quote is defaming his name.
  3. I must admit i had to stop for a minute as i couldn't believe starman actually posted that and that it appears he actually believes it. Talk about being in a minority of one, although i am sure that some other Poole-ites will spring to his and Middlo`s defence because we all know how blinkered some Poole fans are. Thankfully the sensible ones can see that Middlo's actions are totally indefensible and are totally out of place for our National team manager to make. We wont win the WC for many a year now so there are several candidates that can do a similar job. Middlo has to go as National manager, and clarify the comments ASAP.
  4. Hopefully Ford will have a word with Middlo about his crass comment as well.
  5. Some said the same of Chris Holder. No such thing as never. All a cover up obviously. like we would expect anything else from the loose cannon. See that the link below gives the kind of response we would expect. A travesty Middlo hasnt admitted the ridiculous quote was either out of order or back it up. He needs to because whilst the story (below) gives a better flavour the previous crass comment needs addressing asap. http://www.bournemou...says_boss_Ford/
  6. If he was thinking properly he shouldn't have made such a crass remark, However he has. It is no good pre guessing what he probably meant to say. It is is the public domain what he actually said. He really needs to comment and clarify the comment because right now he shouldn't be made welcome as the National team manager.
  7. middlo i believe. I remember him posting stuff after the World cup a couple of years ago.
  8. I must try spot it more often. There you go again, how many posts do i have to like of yours tonight!
  9. I'm in shock. There is something you say that makes sense.
  10. Or maybe he should be the one to realise what it takes to be a professional sportsman. Hopefully so yes. Completely agree. Indeed. I guess it will come down to the point that he has been dealt with in Oz. They seem to think it is ok he can get his visa and come to the UK (from the oz website link). They must think it is ok or they know how soft the UK is on such matters. He certainly has the bad attitude that comes with most top footballers. Time he started to grow up. What do you expect from the multi named poster? Just put it on ignore, its so much easier. He posts on here, you can get in touch with him. So why don't you then.
  11. Makes you wonder doesn't it. His comments aren't compatible with that of the National team Manager.
  12. Had never heard of it until i saw the BSPA statement today. Seems to me this is going to be squashed before it has even got off the ground. I guess even a good idea has to toe the line. I guess again that this was launched without the proper authority. I still don't quite know what to make of the whole thing anyway at this stage.
  13. We must read and hear different interviews then.
  14. Or jesus But seeing as Scunthorpe is in Great Britain there is no disputing that
  15. Born in Scunthorpe says a different thing. Just to add good luck to Tai in the GP`s this season. No doubt the usual moaners will whine about his participation. He is in a tough GP field this season, but he is at least still on the rise. It wouldn't surprise me if he made the odd Semi or Final. Proud Brit and proud Wolf.
  16. Myself and a few others wrote emails to Sky Sports and we all had the same response. Still sounds like talks are ongoing?? Thank you for your email. The current deal has ended, and I’m afraid we are not in a position at this time to advise what will happen with the coverage next season as the first GP race isn’t until 23rd March. Regards Joanne skysports.com
  17. Absolutely delighted for Scunthorpe. Superb people involved in the club. You deserve the title this year. Much stevebrum love to all xx
  18. Who`s fault was it that it run to 9pm and SKY had to end its transmission?? Saying that i was a bit surprised as they usually cover the whole thing.
  19. A decent comeback after 3 dodgy rides. He needs to keep his form going with Antonio breaking into the top 8 and with AJ capable of a big finish. Nice to see Middlo reward Tai as our next best hope on the International stage by giving reserve spots to PL riders. Its clear his heart is with the Aussies. Shameful.
  20. Drat, i knew i would mix those 2 up. But yea was really looking forward to seeing Vadim last year. Yes i am aware Dudek missed the first round and as far as i was aware he is a genuine contender for the title. He certainly needs to get as many points if he wants to get on the rostrum but didnt look interested . Certainly if he is still carrying an injury then he probably wouldnt want to risk it but i was disappointed as i expected him to be making up points. The track WAS dodgy. Riders struggled through-out the meeting. However didnt stop some riders, like Zmarlik for example, for giving it there all because points are on the line to make up. Maybe that is being harsh on Dudek, but i expected more thats all so was disappointed.
  21. Nice to catch up with Gemini, seeing as she forgot our first meeting. We were trying to work out which Border Collie it was at the time! Lovely pleasant lady, as i expected. Not much in the way of racing and what a truly awful crowd for such a prestigious meeting. Always a joy to see so many travelling Poles and love their non stop support of their riders. Although saying that they dont like to lose. That certainly shuts them up. I was an honourary Panthers/Jepsen Jensen fan for the night as our support certainly shut them up! Bit juvenile tho to turn there backs when Newman won a race and in heat 14 when both Poles were excluded. Odd expression. Jepsen Jensen was the stand out. Mikkel B would have been a close 2nd but for his last heat. Whilst Shamek showed he still knows how to ride Coventry. His brother clearly doesnt even remember racing there. Newman did well even tho some of his points were gifted. Finished higher than 5 Poles, so i will take that. Dudek was a huge disappointment , maybe harsh to judge on a lottery of a circuit. But clearly not interested in the title. Double disappointed that Loktaev wasnt here as he missed the Poole meeting last year. STILL have to wait to see if he is as good as his international scores show. Good to see Richie Warroll watching the racing, still on crutches.
  22. I hope to god they dont flap around with pushing this meeting thru if rain is forecast. Heading off shortly.
  23. Keep weather update coming , really hope weather improves and looking forward to this.
