1. Jan K agrees with this: "In recent years, we were on the start list of players who compete in the English league and there were no problems to reconcile some competition with one another - notes Konikiewicz" 2. It seems they don't really care though: "There is a big chance that in the next year's cycle SEC will see players from England. Representatives of One Sport lead on this conversation with the British motorcycle federation" https://translate.google.com/translate?depth=1&nv=1&rurl=translate.google.dk&sl=pl&tl=en&u=http://m.sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/644319/brytyjczycy-chca-wrocic-do-sec-one-sport-rozmawia-z-federacja

No, the squad is 7 riders with an average of 0,501 or greater + two guestriders (fpr which there are some limitations, don't remember exactly what at the moment). The cap is for the 7 riders that you pick for each meeting and it is based on season entry average. Reserve position is based on floating average.

2017 Grand Prix Venues

So far, nothing has been released. -
According to a comment on Smederna's facebook page, Kenni Larsen have not been cleared by the doctors yet. The squads are due three weeks from now which IMO makes it unlikely that Kenni will be part of the initial squad. Mads Korneliussen have signed for Dackarna which means that their squad is full. http://www.dagensvimmerby.se/sport/speedway/e/8926/rutinerad-dansk-klar-for-dackarna/

Harris seems to be interested in the SEC https://mobile.twitter.com/speedwaysport/status/795014589046030336 https://mobile.twitter.com/BomberHarris37/status/794969873084510209 Lambert is also mentioned by fans but it seems like there will be fixture clashes which apparently would prevent him from rriding in the SEC.

Smederna are rumoured to have signed with Milik. http://ekuriren.se/sport/1.4492586-avslojar-ny-forare-overens-med-smederna Smederna are also interested in Iversen but he is rumoured to have signed for Piraterna. Freddie Lindgren have signed with Dackarna. G. Laguta wants to wait a little more before making up his mind. Mikkel Michelsen initially intended to leave Smederna but after becoming burned by another team, he have made some contact with Smederna. So we'll see what happens. http://ekuriren.se/sport/1.4492586-avslojar-ny-forare-overens-med-smederna

Pretty quiet on the signing front at the moment but it is till another 4 week until the squad declarations are due. Some top names like Nicki P, G. Laguta, N-K Iversen, Piotr Pawlicki and Matej Zagar still haven't signed a deal for next season. It will also be interesting to see if any team have the guts to sign Milik. A good prospect but he comes with a very hight average (2.000+). Then for Smederna, the question is whether or not Kenni L is fit for league racing next season. If he is reasonably fit I can't Smederna not signing him, I think that Smederna will be interesting in supporting him after what happened to Kenni. He has also been very loyal to Smederna and is said to have a, relatively, cheap contract.

Wildcards 2017.....

Here is the article: http://www.jv.dk/artikel/2411935 Bjerre says that the wild cards are good riders and that Emil belongs in the GP but Bjerre also asks "why Emil doesn't have to go through the qualifiers like the rest of us"?, The issue Bjerre is upset about is that he isn't one of the qualified reserves despite that he finished 4th in the GP Challenge. He is also upset about that Kildemand was selected as the first reserve ahead of him (KB). KB says that PK won his first GP this season but that PK really haven't achieved much since. -
Possible, rules are written like this with intent so that FIM has some manoeuvring space should situations like this arise.

Wildcards 2017.....

Surely not and surely Janowski would be a better choice? As I have said before, SGP needs racers not dragracers (aka gating tarts). -
I think that Doyle's injury probably is a big factor as well. Had he still been in the title fight, I think that the attendance would have been higher. Possibly higher than last year.
