  1. Allsvenskan's fixtures have been released.http://www.svemo.se/ImageVaultFiles/id_12559/cf_44/Serieuppl-gg_Allsvenskan-2017_fastst-llt.PDF
  2. Magnus Karlsson have signed with Lejonen as a guest rider. http://www.dagensvimmerby.se/sport/speedway/e/9333/tog-sm-silver-med-dackarna-nu-ar-han-klar-for-en-annan-elitserieklubb/
  3. Masarna will host next year's SM-weekend. Date TBA. http://www.svemo.se/sv/Grenar/Speedway/Nyheter/ArrangoravSMhelgeniSpeedwayutsedd/#.WDwkGz83VsI.facebook
  4. That is how it always have been so I would assume it is like that next year too.
  5. Nope. It will be quarter finals, semi finals and finals. Tony Olsson says that he, Svemo and the clubs want to have the qf and sf run back to back, mon-tue or tue-wed. Howver he says that they will need to talk to the English and Danish league first to see if those leagues are willing to give up a day for the Swedish championship cup. Finals are likely to be held during the same period of time as the last couple of years, which means tue-wed the week after the Stockholm GP. http://www.dagensvimmerby.se/sport/speedway/e/9247/klart-speedwayens-sm-slutspel-forandras/
  6. The fixtures for Elitserien 2017 have been released. http://www.svemo.se/ImageVaultFiles/id_12538/cf_44/Serieuppl-gg_Elitserien-2017_fastst-llt.PDF
  7. No photos but a whole bunch of old videos of Swedish speedway: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0ZlXEmussETiuPlAaNYO4w/videos
  8. No as long as the line up fits under the average cap and as long as they use two swedes they can choose freely which riders they want to use. Also Mats Olsson commentator on Cmore's speedway broadcasts gives his opinion regarding the fact that many younger riders have quit due to the change in the agreement regarding the amount of Swedes/line up. http://www.dalademokraten.se/motor/speedway/tidigare-forbundskaptenen-mats-olsson-om-speedwaystjarnorna-som-slutat-jag-ar-orolig-over-svensk-speedway
  9. Walasek is the last rider in Smederna's squad. http://eskilstunasmederna.se/sista-platsen-fylld/ I can't say that I am especially thrilled about him, I would rather have kept Lebedevs then signing this 40 year old polish rider.
  10. Apparently Ponus Aspgren will be registered as a guest rider so that means that Smederna still have one slot to fill in the main squad.
  11. Michelsen is the last rider for the main squad. http://eskilstunasmederna.se/klart-med-ny-forlangning/ Piraterna aiming for financial problems then. With Greg, Kildemand, Emil S and NKI in the same team, it will be very expensive and I doubt that Piraterna have enough incomes to support that kind of costs.
  12. Matej Zagar also stays with Smederna. http://ekuriren.se/sport/1.4523617-beskedet-matej-zagar-kvar-i-smederna That means that Smederna have one squad slot remaining as well as one guest rider slot remaining,
  13. Rasmus Broberg returns to Smederna. http://eskilstunasmederna.se/rasmus-broberg-tillbaka/ Since his average is 0.500, he will not occupy one of the remaining slots in the squad.
  14. I thought the conclusion was that it isn't allowed to do so, judging by what you said about Rasmus Jensen riding in the DMU qualifiers last season on a Danish license while using a Swedish license in Elitserien? Imo a rider should not be able to pick and choose. If he/she decides to change licenses / nationality then they'll have to accept the consequences such as not being able to ride in qualifiers due to larger competition from other riders of the same license/nationality that he changed to. Not being able to use the old license/nationality for int. champ. qualifiers but the new license for league racing.
  15. AFAIK Lahti have picked up Swedish license and passport. I also think that Lunna intends to do the same. At least will ride on a Swedish licence, not sure about the passport.
  16. Realistically speaking though, does Finland even have any riders to send to SEC?
  17. 1. Jan K agrees with this: "In recent years, we were on the start list of players who compete in the English league and there were no problems to reconcile some competition with one another - notes Konikiewicz" 2. It seems they don't really care though: "There is a big chance that in the next year's cycle SEC will see players from England. Representatives of One Sport lead on this conversation with the British motorcycle federation" https://translate.google.com/translate?depth=1&nv=1&rurl=translate.google.dk&sl=pl&tl=en&u=http://m.sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/644319/brytyjczycy-chca-wrocic-do-sec-one-sport-rozmawia-z-federacja
  18. No, the squad is 7 riders with an average of 0,501 or greater + two guestriders (fpr which there are some limitations, don't remember exactly what at the moment). The cap is for the 7 riders that you pick for each meeting and it is based on season entry average. Reserve position is based on floating average.
  19. According to a comment on Smederna's facebook page, Kenni Larsen have not been cleared by the doctors yet. The squads are due three weeks from now which IMO makes it unlikely that Kenni will be part of the initial squad. Mads Korneliussen have signed for Dackarna which means that their squad is full. http://www.dagensvimmerby.se/sport/speedway/e/8926/rutinerad-dansk-klar-for-dackarna/
  20. Joe Parsons, Director of Special Marketing Projects for Monster energy. http://speedwaygp.com/news/article/3742/
  21. No points limit for the squad though. Smederna have space for two more riders in the main squad + one guestrider. I think one of Smederna's available slots will be taken by Michelsen, then we need another heatleader.
  22. G. Laguta stays with Smederna. http://ekuriren.se/sport/1.4503113-milik-nobbade-men-laguta-kvar-i-smederna
