  1. So how many spectators are there in all the GPs together then? Allot more then on a one off final.
  2. Anyone know if Rzezow have any backup for Kenni Larsen and Peter Ljung? Kenni had a nasty crash two weeks ago and suffered a concussion, Ljung crashed today and is probably uncertain for Sunday.
  3. It will be Masarna against Vargarna in the final. Vargarna - Masarna next week and Masarna - Vargarna a week later. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10153564746742770 Peter Ljung crashed tonight in his first heat, according to the live updates, he crashed on his own on the straight. Nothing broken but obviously in allot of pain..
  4. Yeah, I mentioned it a bit here : http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=76173&page=54&do=findComment&comment=2673363 Track conditions were poor, they had to accept to bring in track staff from Holsted to fix it for the league final (apparently they weren't much better) and the track was not allowed to be used before the league final. http://www.fyens.dk/sport/Speedwayens-Superfinale-koeres-i-Munkebo/artikel/2774840 Results after 19 heats: Munkebo 30p Fjelsted 29 Esbjerg 28 Varde 27. (3+0=3) According to reports, there have been two controversial exclusions of two Esbjerg riders. Apparently lots of falls. Seems to be some ruts going into bend one where many riders have lost control due to the ruts.
  6. Results after 5 heats: Esbjerg 9p Varde 9p Munkebo 6p Fjelsted 6p

  11. Regarding the meeting at Lublin, Lublin official refuses to accept the ruling and will appeal. https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=sv&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fsportowefakty.wp.pl%2Fzuzel%2F545484%2Fprezes-kmz-motoru-odpiera-zarzuty-sedzia-poszedl-za-daleko&edit-text=
  12. Yeah I can. During yesterday's meeting an Indianerna sponsor was handing out stickers which was a variant of the Calvin and hobbes p* stickers. This sticker featured Piraterna's club logo. Antonio didn't like that his/their sponsor did this and says that the sponsor should be banned from several of Indianernas's meetings and etc. Meeting is already available on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHLaz6f9w5k&feature=youtu.be
  13. It happen in Poland the past sunday that the referee actually deemed the track at Lublin unsafe to ride on and subsequently judged that it was to be considered a walkover from the home team Lublin. So Pila was awarded the win with 40-0. According to the sportowefakty article, the referee consider the lack of track preparations as being deliberate. https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=sv&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fsportowefakty.wp.pl%2Fzuzel%2F545168%2Fkmz-motor-lublin-odwoluje-sie-od-walkowera&edit-text= .
  14. Dunno what they've done with the track. Normally the track provides excellent speedway but lately that have not been the case. Obviously the gate bias is unacceptable,.
  15. You gotta wonder why Lindbäck didn't ride like this three days ago?
  16. Yes, should be a nice but chilly evening. No Doyle for Dackarna tonight, Rasmus Jensen will replace him. http://www.dagensvimmerby.se/sport/speedway/e/816/gp-stjarnan-har-lamnat-aterbud/
  17. It should rather be after the 2 min expired.... if you move after the 2min expired then you are not ready and thus you should get excluded for not being ready to start. It is also specified in the Swedish rules that a rider have to stand still or it's a bit poorly formulated (rule 2.6: Starten): Basically "the referee shall start the heat when he considers the riders to be standing still." So the rules should be that when the 2min expires the riders have to be ready and be stationary with the front wheel 10cm from the tapes.
  18. There has been three Swedes on both of the two GP's that have been held at Friends. Despite that, last year's attendance was down from the first year. I think the lack of Swedes fighting for the victory in that actual GP and in the total series have a bigger impact then the number of Swedes riding.
  19. For Gothenrburg, I think GotEvent was the one paying for GP to Ullevi since they own the arena. I don't know about Stockholm but likely it is the arena owner there too. For Målilla, I think the club (Målilla MK) is the one paying but I am not sure. I doubt Svemo has that kind of money anyway.
  20. As I have said several times before, one Swe wild card I can accept but not two. AJ and particularly Lindgren have had too many already and neither have shown anything this year to warrant a wild card
  21. He is 17th in Sweden and 19th in Poland not as good as he used to be. in 2013 he was 7th in both Sweden and Poland so it's obvious that his form haven't been particular good this season. I think there is too many shorter temporary tracks in the SGP for him to be successful. Then also with limited passing possibilities the gating becomes very important and gating isn't one of Grigorij's strengths.
  22. It has been the same with Grigorij Laguta who also seems to have been uninterested in doing the SGP. Artem had a try a few years ago but didn't do well. Obviously judging by this seasons form Grigorij wouldn't be an addition though. Not really on form this season.
  23. To avoid the embarrassment of finishing last? This year he has been saved by Kasperzak and Hampel. THJ will likely overtake him, 1p behind but with 4 less heats.
