i think so yes. Vetlanda should be able to manage at least 48-48 at home while Lejonen should be able to win with at least 8 to 10 points at home against Piraterna. A prediction of the scores well, Vetlanda-Dackarna 51-45 Lejonen-Piraterna 53-43

so the semifianls will look like this: Tuesday September 28th: Dackarna vs. Elit Vetlanda at G&B Arena in Målilla which is Dackarna's hometrack. Lejonen vs. Piraterna at Axelent Arena in Gislaved which is Lejonen's hometrack. Wednesday September 29th Elit Vetlanda vs. Dackarna at Vetlanda Motorstadion in Vetlanda. Piraterna vs. Lejonen at Dunteberget in Motala not sure which meeting Canal+ will show yet.

unfortunately the one pulling the strings at wocky's put some awful music on during the interval, so we swedes missed the important info about next seasons rules would have been interesting to hear what svemo had to say.

Tomorrow its the third and final round of the Quarterfinals for the Swedish championship playoffs. Its Lejonen at home versus Indianerna and Västervik at home versus Dackarna. All four teams lost their previous (1st) meeting and the teams that wins tonight will go through to the semi finals. The winner of Lejonen vs. Indianerna will meet Piraterna in one of the SF while the winner of Dackarna Västervik will meet Elit Vetlanda in the other SF. They have again spent allot of money on a "dream team" but despite that if they could very well be sent out from the playoffs tomorrow evening. This meeting is held at Västerviks track Sparbanken arena (aka Ljungheden). The previous meeting between these two teams at Ljungheden this year, ended with a win for Dackarna with 36-30 after the meeting had to be aborted after 11 heats.

Two news: 1. Valsarna have decided (perhaps a bit surprisingly) to give Elitserien another go. Valsarna have managed to lower their debts with half (approx 400'00SEK~ £36'000GBP). Despite that they still have 500'000SEK (~£45'00GBGP) they have decided that they goal is to be in Elitserien next season. source. IMO its not a wise decision, the problem is not the debts itself but the reason to why they have the debts in first place which is due to the lack of specator and sponsor interest in Hagfors town and in the province of Värmland. 2. Indianernas Russian rider Renat Gafurov have decided not to ride for Indianerna in Indianerna's reaming quarterfinal. Renat have a meeting in Russian in the day after but Indianerna have found a connection that would work (a quite expensive one though). Apparently Indianerna tried to negotiate with Renat to see if he could agree on a slightly less paylevel due to the expensive plane ticket. Renat replied with that he now wanted a pay level five times higher then contracted. source.

two highest scorer goes to heat 16 and then the team manager can nominate two riders of his choice for heat 15. In case two or more riders end up on the same amount of points the team manager can choose who goes to heat 15 and 16. Also reserves are allowed in heat 15 but not heat 16. However reserves are only allowed to ride 6 heats which opens up for different tactics. Either do what Lejonen did y-day and use up all the 6 heats before the nominations or save one heat and use the reserve(s) in the nominations.

actually i've heard the direct opposite that Britain in general are more expensive to live in then in Sweden.
