Yep. Bydgoszcz is great racing track. Plenty of passing lines inside and outside. Leszno this year was also great during WC. When I watch league meetings from GB, I see one problem. Too much grip. I'm not saying that it is better if it's slick, no way, but those too grippy tracks are hard to ride (especially for less experienced riders) and most passings are because of simple mistakes rather than because of great attacks from behind. That's why we can hardly see really good heats with all 4 in close contact.
