My thoughts entirely! Why oh why? Is it due to Friday's engine problems? Plenty of time to get that sorted!! -
Congratulations Jason Doyley

I initially thought this was sarcasm! After last night's dummy spitting behaviour at Coventry my opinion of him lies on the sole of my shoe. I wish his team mate (Micklesen ) a speedy recovery. -

Ditto to all the great comments -- I am grateful for this service. Thank you xx -
I think it would be handy if they kept stadiums open in 2015 -- it would be a start xx

Birmingham Brummies - Has The Come Back Trail Started?
fliss44 replied to kitten2502's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Great news to hear this is a possibility and even better news to hear that a very loved British rider will be riding there too -- after all he deserves a break -- so much talent and too many injuries. Lets hope 2015 is a good all round year for speedway! -

Sidecars At Peterborough 23/8/14
fliss44 replied to Noodles's topic in Grasstrack, Sidecar, Short Track and Cycle Speedway
When I first went to a sidecar speedway meeting I can't honestly say I was particularly looking forward to it. I was completely surprised at how exciting it was. I will be at Peterborough for sure and at £10 it's great value for money. Let's hope the weather is kind and some ''newbies'' will give it a go! -
Pack a bottle or two in a backpack/rucksack and get a female partner/wife to carry it through --- meanwhile as they are busy checking her bag they perhaps won't notice that you have some goodies in your coat/hoodie/trouser pockets! Has worked for me and him for the last few years!!

The Difference In Attendances At Tracks
fliss44 replied to mdmc82's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Despite all sorts of rumours surrounding Coventry the attendances seem not to have altered -- I just hope that the next 2 seasons (if applicable) remain the same. I am seriously concerned and have my doubts tho' (I hope I'm wrong) -
Rubbish it will be 39,501

Paulco --- you are still alive then? -
I attempted this in 2009 with my husband (he had been involved with F.A.S.T.)-- at the time I was sponsoring Josh Auty and we had fliers printed which we handed out at Coventry asking people if they could donate as little as a fiver every month. Everyone agreed it was a brilliant idea but, alas, no money was forthcoming. You can but try. I now sponsor (albeit modestly) 2 riders who both are very grateful and even though it's not a fortune they assure me every little helps. I still wear the Polo T shirt as my husband had a few of them -- in fact I think he still has a brand ''new'' one that remains unopened!

Whether it is clinical or reactive depression I hope he finds his way out of it. He is not alone in his suffering but he probably won't appreciate that at the moment. Good luck Lewis and it's good that you have gone public about a subject that even today remains taboo. You may well have helped the next person suffering from similar symptoms .x

Sour grapes from the Cradley fans but I doubt the storm lads noticed as they celebrated a fair and well fought victory. -
