  1. Funny isn't it. Every rider commenting on the track tonight... which they didn't in Warsaw. But, Greg and Nicki are doing well, so all is good!
  2. A good sign of a man, indeed a good sign of a likeable, sensible human being is having the ability to apologise when you are wrong. I've done it on this forum as have many others. It's not hard, you simply hold your hands up and say I got that one wrong. Everybody moves on and you come out of it with some credibility. Instead you choose to continue to act like a complete p***. Grow up!
  3. Yes, it's really very simple. For a rider to be given a new visa, he requires to have achieved a rolling average of 7 or above. Source, the rules as per the BSPA site. Proctor didn't achieve it and therefore has been rejected for a new visa.. Source, UK Immigration, this thread, Sheffield Speedway and the fact he is on his way out of the country! That is it. There is no need for any other source. What anyone may or may not have said is completely and utterly irrelevant. All that matters is what is in writing.
  4. No it isn't. If you haven't grasped the difference between riding as a heat leader and a second string in this system I despair. At second string musielak would be a 7 Pter He wouldn't be likely. It's a completely different situation. Riding at reserve or second string you have easier races to gain confidence in. Not pitched in against tough opponents in every heat.
  5. As a new promotion I would be speaking directly to the immigration authorities. All this 'he said' 'they said' crap is just covering up negligence. Sheffield signed the rider. Sheffield didn't ensure they knew the full picture. Sheffield are at fault.
  6. That's because the reasons were a lie. It was soon discovered he obtained the news that upset him 2 weeks earlier.
  7. Sadly, it has made absolutely no difference to the ones taken in. Those with enough intelligence to actually understand the report are now keen to say "Nothing to see, move on".. despite some of them for weeks being eagerly reminding us that we haven't had the 'reasons' yet (Skidder). The others (Starman et al) can't comprehend that they've been made an utter fool of.
  8. Everything that needs to be known is in the public domain. Proctor didn't meet the requirements for a new visa. End of story. Anything else is just trying to deflect the blame.
  9. This is the bit that is absolutely hilarious! Drinking alcohol, wholly out of character for Mr Ward!!
  10. Not so, Darcy has promised a statement. How do you feel Starman, that you have been lied to throughout this whole process by Darcy, Muddlo and Ford? Treated you like a right sucker haven't they?
  11. Of course not. However, it hasn't made the slightest bit of difference as you can see from Starman and others posts on the Poole thread.
  12. Ah but we do know the facts.. he found out about the breakup a few weeks before.. so the defence was a lie. Just as his claims he only had one drink with his dinner was a lie. Just as the claims that the FIM were delaying the meetings was a lie. Just as the claims that the tests weren't conducted in the correct manner and by a qualified official were a lie. When someone feeds you a pack of lies over a prolonged period of time they are going to get some stick.
  13. People seem to be forgetting.. the family home had been put up for sale! Not sure anything of us could cope if our parents decided to sell their house. Has this ever happened to anyone before? Did you cope? However this confuses me.. Initially he was stated he had hardly drunk anything.. but at the same time had given an excuse as to why he had been drinking..
  14. Darcy isn't the brightest tool in the box either... In his written statement he claims he had ONE drink whilst eating his meal.. which when questioned at the hearing turned into 7 vodkas!!! It also shows us the utter lies we have been fed by the Ward camp.. the bleating about the hearing being postponed when it was WARDS camp that requested them to be postponed. Now we can look forward to Darcys promised statement!
  15. Well Well Well. So Ward was OVER the legal drink driving limit. HIS legal team were responsible for the delays. He was upset because his family home was being put up for sale.. And it was totally out of character for him to be drinking!!
  16. A link that works might be useful? Edited to add: Thanks for that Arnie.. the google search does the trick.
  17. The 12 month issue is they knew when his visa would be expiring. They also knew what target he had to achieve to obtain a new one. He wasn't riding illegally in the meantime.
  18. Think you've misread Arsons post George!
  19. He hasn't had a few hours notice. He's had a years notice..
  20. Better than some of the riders that have been suggested in places! And 100 times better than booking Howarth at Kings Lynn.. Not that it's allowed.
  21. We'll see what the Wolves management can do about that first
  22. So if I hadn't of posted, Leigh would never have been mentioned. As for who made me the forum police? Try reading your opening post again, plus your ramblings on the Darcy Ward thread and ask yourself the same question. It's really quite simple, you had an outburst on the Ward thread.. nobody cared, you didn't get the attention you wanted, so you ran along to start another one here, disrespectfully using two legends of the sport in Rico and Leigh Adams to do so. As said, a topic named "Leigh Adams Update" and a link to the article would have been great.
  23. Ah well, he's started a whole other thread now to bleat about it. Labelled it 'In other news'... then claims its about Leigh Adams.
