  1. GB's future isn't in the hands of Robert Lambert. He's average and will never be better than that
  2. Seen plenty mention that the 2017 season is one to forget. For me, it's one that should be very much remembered by fans and management if as a club we move forward.
  3. If that's the case Lambert wouldn't be in my 3, struggles badly against top riders. Stevie Worrall is ahead imo
  4. Certainly seems like Freddie has dumped them for good as his results have improved greatly
  5. I am no longer attending the AFA King's Lynn fan viewing social media updates, that's it. Never again will I be going to any league speedway anywhere.
  6. The whole evening was over when Toft was announced not riding and Porsing only had 1 bike. It was never gonna be a good night for the Stars
  7. I agree with you. If Lambert has any chance of being one of the worlds best riders he needs to get away from King's Lynn
  8. For what it's worth my views regarding last night https://twitter.com/KLStarsFan/status/900651074864001024
  9. I've seen live comedy before but this really is the best show I've seen by far. A brilliant night's entertainment this. Can't get better anywhere else in the world for £25
  10. R/R already in operation for both teams so IRR can't be used at any point
  11. After this season it would be absolute poetry if Holder doesn't get an SGP wildcard and then get's dumped by Monster.
  12. Don't think right now it's right or needed for British Speedway to scrap doubling up/down. I'd much prefer Weds/Thurs as the 2 dates. Most of the Premiership clubs would prefer those 2 days over a Monday which only Wolves currently do King's Lynn Belle Vue Somerset Leicester Rye House They own their own stadiums but not sure many of their fans would be for Monday racing Poole Swindon They'll find it difficult to have a Monday as a home fixture regularly due to facilities being used Wolves could easily move to Wednesday racing. Wednesday / Thursday could also encourage Sheffield / Ipswich to make the move up Wednesday King's Lynn Belle Vue Rye House Poole Wolves Thursday Somerset Swindon Leicester Sheffield Ipswich
  13. I'm hoping Buster chucks a whole load of extra dirt down tonight. There's a certain Aussie in the Wolves ranks that won't fancy that and with them running R/R it could tip the balance a little
  14. His comments about opposing rider's was acceptable in your opinion then? When he himself is of very similar ilk in getting himself into difficulty
  15. Friday 1st & Weds 6th have both been on the calendar for some time. Should imagine Weds 6th will now be at home to Rye House
  16. Very proud of our team tonight, very very unlucky not to collect a point imo but still, much happier with this team than the previous 100% ⭐⭐UP THE STARS⭐⭐
  17. For us tonight it's to allow Doyle to ride off into the distance and not get involved (we all want him fit to be World Champ) but to make sure we can get maybe 3-3's or at worst 4-2's against. The heats without Doyley are much of a muchness. If Lambert, THJ, Jorgensen and Huckenbeck are on it we can pinch a point
  18. Buster has promised all home meetings will be completed by the cut off date
  19. This is the latest explanation to the reason for Batchelor's sacking. He was sacked on disciplinary grounds for verbal and threatening behaviour towards the medical team. It's in the referee's report that the medical team advised that Batchelor was fit to continue, packed his gear away anyway as he didn't want to ride, leaving the track without permission to do so. Batchelor had already left the track when the referee advised the medical team to issue a medical exemption certificate so the team could operate IRR. At this point we had no team manager and the referee insisted that the scoreboard operator becomes installed as Team Manager for the rest of the meeting. Batchelor's situation is still with the SCB on this matter for bringing the sport into disrepute. Whether true or not
  20. There's a huge point being missed to Holder's argument. The team stood together prior to the remedial work, no problem there. If the track conditions were so bad after the remedial work why was he passing and repassing his brother in his race and completed all 4 laps? If the track was so bad and wanted to make a point he should have pulled up in that heat sould he not? The fact that he sulked off in his next heat while no riders had issues with the track after the remedial work just doesn't stack up to making any sort of point at all.
  21. This meeting will mean very little to him now as he's certain to make top 8 in the GP series
