  1. Harris for Iversen Branford for S.Lambert Oh dear KING’S LYNN: 1. Chris Harris (G) 2. Robert Branford (G) 3. Robert Lambert 4. Kai Huckenbeck 5. Troy Batchelor 6. Nicklas Porsing 7. Carl Wilkinson
  2. True. It could be free, I wouldn't waste the fuel to watch this current Stars team away from home.
  3. Rose yes I agree but I've been disappointed with Lambert. Robert for me hasn't moved on this season imo, some good rides but still has his Chris Harris gating gloves far too often.
  4. We're all ears, highlight the positives of King's Lynn Speedway 2016?
  5. Will I be able to gain entrance to just the 2nd meeting cheeper? Having a Daddy - Daughter day tomorrow and would like to shoot through from a morning/afternoon in Yarmouth. Would be her 1st meeting and a double header might be a bit much
  6. Great to see Poole are confident of a Play-Off push for next season. A bit early to talk this meeting up when this season hasn't finished yet. How did you acquire next years fixture list Shovvy??
  7. They were assessed because they were not running off the rolling averages. Their averages are purely 2016 figures.
  8. Rider's don't tend to be updated in team declarations until they've completed a meeting first
  9. Can't see how it's a blank canvas for Swindon Speedway. The only certainty is they'll have a track, surely Gaming International will dictate the shape and size as primarily Swindon will be a dog track first & foremost??
  10. If the EL is still around in 2017 the structure of the teams will be stronger than that. There may be less GP riders around but the reserves will be stronger as the BSPA are looking to ditch the 'EDR' system. 1 or 2 promoters have said it's "run it's course" and the next batch of British riders ain't there to choose from. Have to wait and see what comes out the AGM as 2017 is way up in the air right now
  11. Not sure we can think that far ahead as big changes look likely at the AGM
  12. Multiple riders likely to catch the speedway, Charlie not so. They've all done their get well messages via other networks, not getting the big deal here
  13. Wouldn't surprise me if Lambert moved on to bigger better things next season. A management team with a winning mentality
  14. 6 extra pay days for Porsing he wouldn't of got Yes but only from next season
  15. That would be the dream solution but unfortunately JC doesn't even live in the UK. Sure he's in Aus or something Schlein has Tweeted "Time to move on" Suppose it's wait and see Nicklas Porsing has replaced Rory Schlein for the remainder of the season
  16. Jonathan Chapman as King's Lynn promoter use to post regularly. Problem with some posters is they have no debating skills and go on the attack over nothingness. They could say the truth, the whole truth & nothing but the truth and be shot down in an instant. It is a shame though that they don't post, would love to hear their opinion on some of the subjects
  17. There's no doubt about it, releasing Mads for Rory was a massive error of judgement from everybody. Rory's mental strength to get back on the bike is extreme but he has lost that strength to compete. His gating last night was as good as any over the first 20-30 meters but going into the first turn the throttle is knocked off. Heat 6 or 8 last night in 2nd position riders were getting a bit close for his liking and he just moved out the way on turns 3-4. We were all proud to have him back & wanted him back, but now feel he's being selfish to the detriment of the team as captain. If his 3-5 points every week are accepted then there's not wonder the likes of Huckenbeck & Batchelor are just rolling around like they're on a Sunday ride to the beach. There was a lot of groans last night & believe v Lakeside next week the place is going to look pretty empty Everyone respects him for coming back but this is a sport first & foremost. The past is the past & shouldn't warrant justification for continued poor performances.
  18. King's Lynn are rolling back the Wagstaff years. What a pile of embarrassing s#!+€ this club is becoming.
  19. That still is the rule but you're allowed a guest & R/R when both 2nd strings are missing
  20. Getting back to the weather threat, slightly worrying that none of the rain / thunder storms that we were meant to get haven't arrived all day. Could we be in for another v Swindon farce????
  21. Howarth is back in the side replacing Robson. Also recalled is Wilkinson, replacing Nielsen
