  1. Whilst I'd agree I have concerns. The GP series is ruthless & if he doesn't make the cut-off this season I don't think he'll get a free pass again. He's concerning me because he's constantly looking for the kerb to ride round, everyone passing on the outside. He's always been a battler but he seems extremely nervous in the SGP's for some reason.
  2. Brandon Estates are being clever to be fair. They're allowing 'Save Coventry' to spend £1000's on plans etc, then purposely cause enough damage to increase 'Save Coventry's' costs. It costs Brandon Estates nothing to cause further damage as n' when. As horrible as it is, 'Save Coventry' have absolutely no chance of using Brandon. They should use all the finances they have to look for new land & start again
  3. Brandon Estates are hell bend on housing. They clearly get to see everything the Coventry Speedway group are planning, so what better to destroy the stadium revamp? Burn it down
  4. The issue is never to much dirt on the inside initially. The problems come from track grading bringing the dirt back to the inside, never allowing for other line. I'd bring in an interval / grading rule that tractors can't enter the track between heats 1-8 & 9-15. All intervals must be after heat 8 & only track grade allowed. Tractors should only be allowed to enter the track to water or if the referee & clerk of the course agree that the surface is a danger to riders. The amount of track grading today is so unnecessary with the (lack of) materials used compared to 20yrs ago.
  5. Some weeks he did & if you go back through last seasons Peterborough threads there were tons of complaints about the track prep. Peterborough fans weren't blinkered because they were winning. You know full well what track prep is like at King's Lynn to understand the moans. A couple of cracking races by Pickering doesn't negate the concerns of Buster's abilities as a track man at the AFA & Showground
  6. Not only are Belle Vue breaking rule with team changes, they're now throwing their fookin averages
  7. The Peterborough old guard gone 1 season to many??
  8. Don't Danes only have to compete in 4 Danish league matches a season to maintain their DMU licence?
  9. Rules don't exist. Bartosz Zmarzlik & Robert Lambert to guest, R/R for Iversen
  10. Business owner & former forumer @AlexBrady
  11. Turned it off, can't stand Speedway at this place
  12. Certainly won't bother watching "qualifying" again. What absolute nonsense. Fingers crossed racing is top draw
  13. As much as I believe the rules state this shouldn't be allowed, at least this signing provides some challenge to Sheffield. The Premiership was a 1 horse race (if no injuries) but now Belle Vue v Sheffield Premiership final is the best final for all to (hopefully) see.
  14. King's Lynn are in a decent position to be fair. They have every facility going in place of Kildemand. I'd fully expect another 28 day replacement as the preferred option
  15. The averages & declarations are 2 separate elements, they do not go hand in hand with regards to 25% rule. The League Cup is part of team declaration & 25% rule.
  16. Correct. What's in King's Lynn's favour over Belle Vue is that Kildemand is refusing (changed his mind) to come to King's Lynn. This will allow them another facility / 28 replacement. With Belle Vue if Jake Allen refuses to return to Belle Vue because they want Zagar, Allen will also get the 28 day ban for his Championship team. Allen won't accept that.
  17. This is the problem with such a strong No1. If I was an opposition manager the jobs simple. I'd ask my riders to not focus on Doyle, just don't come last. The rest of the team is so weak that's where I'd be looking for the heat advantages. Doyle could do 18pt max's every meeting & Ipswich will still lose
  18. It doesn't need to mention the league cup. The League Cup precedes the Premiership so changes can't be made until 25% of league fixtures are completed. It's not difficult to understand. Also Jake Allen is a declared rider whose 28 day contract is irrelevant as he WASN'T granted facility status. The rules the same if the League Cup Final happens after 75% of Premiership fixtures, team won't be allowed changes for that fixture either. It really isn't hard to understand at all
