  1. Maybe, but the BSPL averages as posted are the official averages and the only ones that apply for team-building etc.
  2. That's an interesting site but needs to be read with caution. Taking Leon Flint as an example the site appears to show him as No 1 in Berwick averages, when according to the official BSPL GSAs he's second in the team averages.
  3. The team position has to be known to allow the correct team line-up and facilities to be determined. Why the actual average is concealed is more difficult to understand as it’s easy to calculate.
  4. Fair comment but it's not just the physical setting up (which presumably would then remain in situ until a restaging), there's also satellite costs, broadcast time to fill etc.
  5. Fair comment. IRR is not available for an injured reserve.
  6. A No 8 can only take RR rides, so wouldn't help at all if a reserve got injured.
  7. Premiership teams can nominate a rider with a Championship average of 3.00 or below who not declared in a Premiership 1-7 as an additional rider (AR)
  8. If I've read the rule correctly :-), no. Art 013.6.4 A Tactical Substitute (TS) Is not applicable in a 2 legged tie
  9. That’s correct, my mistake - original post now edited.
  10. 3rd v 6th and 4th v 5th for the quarter-finals. Poole then have the choice of the quarter final winners for the semi-finals.
  11. Zmarzlik rode for Birmingham on 2nd June 2014 - 2 rides, 3 points v Swindon in an abandoned meeting.
  12. A draw would be sufficient to take Birmingham up to 5th place and drop Scunthorpe from the play-offs.
  13. You don't accept the decision of the planning meeting at face value? and take the home leg in September while Hans is still at reserve
  14. Very shrewd move - Simon can easily post a big score, but no effect on team averages.
